【摘要】：重性精神疾病具有病程長(zhǎng)、易復(fù)發(fā)、致殘率高、易發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)行為等特點(diǎn),既往治療長(zhǎng)期以醫(yī)院的"孤島式"服務(wù)為主,醫(yī)院與社區(qū)之間缺乏聯(lián)系。2004年,中央補(bǔ)助地方重性精神疾病管理治療項(xiàng)目(686項(xiàng)目)開(kāi)始在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)展開(kāi),作為686項(xiàng)目的上海示范區(qū),長(zhǎng)寧區(qū)精神衛(wèi)生中心成立了明心精神衛(wèi)生社工站。明心精神衛(wèi)生社工站采用民辦非企業(yè)運(yùn)作,由精神專(zhuān)科醫(yī)院提供專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)和支撐,納入社會(huì)工作者(社工)以彌補(bǔ)人力資源不足,為重性精神疾病患者提供從社區(qū)到家庭的一系列精神衛(wèi)生、公共衛(wèi)生及便民公益服務(wù)。本研究從組織構(gòu)架、服務(wù)對(duì)象、服務(wù)路徑、培訓(xùn)體系及支持保障等方面介紹了明心精神衛(wèi)生社工站的運(yùn)作狀況,并對(duì)其工作成效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),以期為完善醫(yī)院社區(qū)一體化服務(wù)模式提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Severe mental diseases are characterized by long course of disease, easy to relapse, high rate of disability, risk behavior and so on. For a long time, the treatment was based on the "island type" service of the hospital, and there was no connection between the hospital and the community. In 2004, there was no relationship between the hospital and the community. The central subvention to the local government for the management and treatment of major mental disorders has begun to be carried out throughout the country, as the Shanghai demonstration area for the 686 project. The Mental Health Center of Changning District has set up a mental health social work station in Mingxin. The station is run by a private non-enterprise and is provided with professional training and support by a psychiatric specialist hospital. Social workers (social workers) are included to make up for the shortage of human resources and to provide a series of mental health, public health and convenience services from the community to the family. The service path, training system and support guarantee are introduced in this paper, and the working effect of Ming-xin Mental Health Social work Station is evaluated in order to provide the basis for perfecting the integrated service model of hospital community.
