【摘要】：作為知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代出現(xiàn)的新興管理方法,企業(yè)知識管理的一個重要的研究課題,是對組織成員和人力資源的知識管理。傳統(tǒng)的知識管理方法基于封閉的企業(yè)管理歷史數(shù)據(jù),不能深入地挖掘企業(yè)管理知識。本文擬從網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)的行為建模和多源數(shù)據(jù)融合的角度,探索新的企業(yè)知識管理方法。以企業(yè)知識管理為研究目標(biāo),以石化企業(yè)員工為研究對象,以自然語言分析和處理為模式表示方法,以統(tǒng)計機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)為知識分析工具,重點研究如何通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為建模和多源數(shù)據(jù)融合,從而更全方位地對企業(yè)員工的性格、日常行為建立一套行之有效的分析機(jī)制,實現(xiàn)在開放網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代的企業(yè)知識管理和績效管理。在石化企業(yè)內(nèi)部的知識管理實驗性嘗試表明,所提知識管理方法,能夠更深入地對企業(yè)員工的行為進(jìn)行分析和理解,能夠更有效地將員工行為和企業(yè)人力資源中的若干關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)建立相關(guān)性模型,從而為企業(yè)的知識管理和決策人員提供強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:As a new management method in the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge management of enterprise is an important research subject, which is the knowledge management of organization members and human resources. The traditional knowledge management method is based on the closed historical data of enterprise management. This paper attempts to explore a new method of enterprise knowledge management from the angle of behavior modeling of network data and multi-source data fusion. Taking natural language analysis and processing as the mode representation method and using statistical machine learning as knowledge analysis tool, this paper focuses on how to model network behavior and integrate multi-source data, so as to more comprehensively analyze the personality of enterprise employees. Daily behavior establishes a set of effective analysis mechanism to realize enterprise knowledge management and performance management in the open network era. The experimental experiment of knowledge management in petrochemical enterprises shows that the proposed knowledge management method, It can analyze and understand the behavior of employees more deeply, and establish the correlation model between employee behavior and several key indicators in enterprise human resources more effectively. In order to provide strong technical support for enterprise knowledge management and decision-making personnel.
