體育產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)改革的理論思考與基本設(shè)想

【摘要】:主要采用文獻資料法,從"鉆石"模型理論范式維度研究我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)改革問題,研究認為:在國發(fā)[2014]46號文件精神指引下,體育產(chǎn)業(yè)進入高速增長階段,可以說迎來資本時代,但是,體育產(chǎn)業(yè)目前發(fā)展仍然存在比較粗放、質(zhì)量水平不高、個性化供給嚴重不足、產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素短缺等問題。以"供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革"理論為指導(dǎo),加快推進體育產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)改革:1)持續(xù)加大體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資力度,擴大體育產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模和水平;2)著力改革體育產(chǎn)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)供給側(cè),破解體育人力資源發(fā)展瓶頸;3)著力改革體育設(shè)施建設(shè)土地供給側(cè),補齊體育設(shè)施發(fā)展短板;4)著力改革體育產(chǎn)業(yè)供給結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,提高體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量,創(chuàng)造體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新動力。以保持體育產(chǎn)業(yè)投資發(fā)展良好態(tài)勢,促進體育產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī);l(fā)展,推進全民健身國家戰(zhàn)略實施和體育產(chǎn)業(yè)升級發(fā)展具有戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly adopts the method of literature to study the supply-side reform of China's sports industry from the perspective of the theoretical paradigm of "diamond" model. [Under the guidance of the spirit of document 46, the sports industry has entered a stage of rapid growth, which can be said to usher in the capital age. However, the development of the sports industry is still relatively extensive and the quality level is not high. Under the guidance of the theory of "supply-side structural reform", accelerate the promotion of sports industry supply-side reform. Enlarging the scale and level of sports industry; 2) to reform the supply side of talent training in sports industry and solve the bottleneck of the development of sports human resources; 3) to reform the land supply side of sports facilities construction and make up for the development of sports facilities; 4) improve the supply structure of sports industry, improve the quality of development of sports industry, and create a new motive force for the development of sports industry, so as to keep the good situation of sports industry investment and promote the development of sports industry on a large scale. It is of strategic practical significance to promote the implementation of national strategy of national fitness and the upgrading and development of sports industry.
