【摘要】：正近日,經(jīng)國務(wù)院同意,教育部、人力資源社會保障部、工業(yè)和信息化部聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《制造業(yè)人才發(fā)展規(guī)劃指南》(以下簡稱《指南》)�！吨改稀肥歉鶕�(jù)國家制造強國建設(shè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組統(tǒng)一部署,實施《中國制造2025》的重要配套文件,是促進制造業(yè)人才發(fā)展,為實現(xiàn)制造強國的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提供人才保證的重要舉措。筆者有幸參與了該文件的調(diào)研和起草工作,以下僅就個人的理解談一下學(xué)習(xí)體會。一、關(guān)于《指南》出臺的背景和意義
[Abstract]:Recently, with the approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
