【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)高校具備為緩解"三農(nóng)"問題提供人力資源的絕對主動權,需要及時把握自身特色優(yōu)勢,開展"以優(yōu)勢特色農(nóng)科為龍頭,以跨學科合作并進為趨向"的漸進式創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,以培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展所亟需的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型農(nóng)科人才;同時,需準確認知由人們對農(nóng)業(yè)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育預期收益不高導致的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育供求不足是造成當前農(nóng)業(yè)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育諸多問題的根源之一�；诖�,提出構建"創(chuàng)新型政府""創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學""創(chuàng)造型農(nóng)業(yè)"三位一體的三螺旋動力機制,從源頭上改變?nèi)藗兊念A期收益及創(chuàng)業(yè)教育供求現(xiàn)狀,進而從根本上解決農(nóng)業(yè)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)存問題。
[Abstract]:Agricultural universities have the absolute initiative to provide human resources to alleviate the problem of "three agriculture", the need for timely grasp of their own characteristics and advantages, carry out to the advantage of the characteristics of agricultural leading to progressive entrepreneurship education and interdisciplinary cooperation into the trend ", in order to cultivate the needs of the development of modern agriculture innovative and entrepreneurial talents; at the same time. To confirm the quasi know entrepreneurship education demand by the people on the expected income of agricultural university entrepreneurship education is not high due to lack of is one of the main reason that cause problems in current agricultural entrepreneurship education. Based on this, the author put forward the" innovation oriented government "and" entrepreneurial university "and" creative agriculture "three-in-one three spiral dynamic mechanism, from the source change people's benefits and entrepreneurship education supply and demand situation and solve the existing problems of agricultural university entrepreneurship education fundamentally.
