【摘要】:正老字號不僅是商業(yè)景觀,更是一種活態(tài)的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)。在我國經(jīng)濟社會轉(zhuǎn)型、全球化市場競爭背景下,不少老字號面臨企業(yè)經(jīng)營與文化影響力層面的雙重危機。據(jù)商務(wù)部統(tǒng)計,"建國初期我國有老字號企業(yè)約1.6萬家,如今僅剩1600家"。~①大部分老字號面臨對外傳播能力欠缺的問題,特別是在移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,信息溝通渠道發(fā)生本質(zhì)變化、溝通單
