【摘要】：產(chǎn)教融合是應用型高校人才培養(yǎng)的重要突破口。從高校人才培養(yǎng)改革實踐出發(fā),以大應用觀為引領,根據(jù)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展對工程人才的需求,在應用型本科院校國家級卓越計劃和省級品牌專業(yè)建設等教育教學改革方面開展研究,深化產(chǎn)教融合,對課程改革與整合、教學方法改革和企業(yè)學習方案制定與實施等方面進行深入探討和實踐創(chuàng)新,為人才培養(yǎng)改革提供參考,推動應用型高校培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The integration of production and teaching is an important breakthrough in the cultivation of applied university talents. Starting from the practice of talent training reform in colleges and universities, taking the great application view as the guide, according to the demand for engineering talents from the development of regional economy and society, To carry out research on education and teaching reform in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, such as national excellence plan and provincial brand specialty construction, to deepen the integration of industry and teaching, and to reform and integrate the curriculum, The reform of teaching methods and the establishment and implementation of enterprise learning schemes are discussed and innovated in practice, which provides a reference for the reform of talent training and promotes the cultivation of applied colleges and universities.
