對我國建筑檢測機構品牌營銷模式的研究

【摘要】: 建筑業(yè)是一個關系到國計民生的支柱性基礎產業(yè),是拉動經濟發(fā)展速度的重要力量,作為建筑業(yè)的一個重要組成部分,工程質量檢測行業(yè)隨著全民質量意識的提高而不斷被人重視。隨著經濟體制改革的不斷深化,市場經濟體制的逐漸完善。特別是國務院出臺《關于經濟鑒證類社會中介機構與政府部門實行脫鉤改制的意見》(國辦發(fā)[1999]92號)后為檢測機構的改制,引入競爭機制,走市場化、社會化、專業(yè)化的中介服務性質的道路提供了發(fā)展的方向。由于定位的逐步明確,各類檢測單位都開始著手進行轉型改制。而在轉型的階段,如何能夠在逐漸規(guī)范化、正規(guī)化的市場經濟中,將市場營銷理念中的品牌營銷策略引入到建筑檢測行業(yè)當中,真正使建筑檢測機構轉型成能夠適應市場變化、快速成長發(fā)展,且真正做到公正、公平、準確、科學的檢測機構,是時代的要求也是大勢所趨。 筆者在建筑科研檢測企業(yè)工作多年,對建筑檢測技術服務運作方式有較全面的了解,對我省建筑檢測行業(yè)存在的問題有一定的了解,并且對市場營銷、現代企業(yè)管理和品牌營銷理論都有一定的研究,因此,希望通過以貴州省建筑檢測中心品牌營銷模式為案例,探索有效的建筑檢測品牌營銷模式的基礎,以期為建筑檢測行業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is a pillar basic industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. It is an important force in driving the economic development and an important component of the construction industry.Engineering quality testing industry with the improvement of national awareness of quality and continue to be valued.With the deepening of the economic system reform, the market economy system is gradually improved.In particular, the State Council issued the "opinions on the decoupling and restructuring of Economic Certification Social intermediary organizations from Government departments" (the State Office issued [1999] 92) to introduce a competitive mechanism, market-oriented and socialized for the reform of the inspection institutions.Specialized intermediary service nature of the road to provide the direction of development.As a result of positioning gradually clear, all kinds of testing units are beginning to reform the transition.In the stage of transformation, how can we introduce the brand marketing strategy of marketing concept into the construction inspection industry in the gradually standardized and regularized market economy, so that the building testing institutions can really be transformed to adapt to market changes?Rapid growth and development, and truly fair, fair, accurate, scientific testing institutions, is the requirements of the times is also the trend of the times.The author has been working in the construction research and testing enterprise for many years, and has a comprehensive understanding of the service mode of the building testing technology, and has a certain understanding of the problems existing in the construction inspection industry in our province, and also has a certain understanding of the marketing.Modern enterprise management and brand marketing theory have been studied to some extent. Therefore, we hope to explore the basis of effective brand marketing model of building inspection by taking the brand marketing model of Guizhou Construction Inspection Center as a case study.In order to provide a certain reference for the further development of building inspection industry.
