　　跨國企業(yè)和全球化的發(fā)展為全球化時(shí)代的到來提供了巨大的動力,全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究的開展受到越來越多的關(guān)注。因此,全球化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是個(gè)不容忽視的話題,有必要對全球化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的前沿成果進(jìn)行譯介。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告主要關(guān)于在喬治·斯坦納的闡釋學(xué)四步驟指導(dǎo)下使用翻譯策略完成全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究相關(guān)材料——《GLOBE研究:20年來關(guān)于探索文化與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力趣奇世界的發(fā)展研究》的翻譯實(shí)踐,該文本是刊登在《世界商業(yè)學(xué)報(bào)》(2012年第47期)中的一篇關(guān)于全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力有效性研究的期刊,它論述了GLOBE研究在不同文化、不同階段中的發(fā)展和前景。其觀點(diǎn)獨(dú)特、內(nèi)容數(shù)形結(jié)合、數(shù)據(jù)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)且具說服力,具有極高的翻譯價(jià)值。譯者受根據(jù)委托單位廣東青年職業(yè)學(xué)院的要求,基于入編大學(xué)教材《領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)理論與應(yīng)用導(dǎo)讀》的目的,譯介國外領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)的理論發(fā)展及其應(yīng)用成果,使其在人才培養(yǎng)發(fā)展積極的作用。本報(bào)告對翻譯實(shí)踐的探討主要由五個(gè)部分組成。首先,作者對翻譯任務(wù)作了簡單介紹,包括該任務(wù)簡介和目標(biāo)、對原文作者和文本類型的分析以及該翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的意義。其次,作者從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫、GLOBE研究術(shù)語庫、所用翻譯工具、GLOBE研究的背景知識和翻譯質(zhì)量監(jiān)控等五個(gè)方面對譯前準(zhǔn)備...
