【摘要】：中文科技期刊的學(xué)術(shù)影響力評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題與期刊本身、投稿作者、投稿作者所屬的科研機(jī)構(gòu)息息相關(guān),是一個(gè)繞不開(kāi)的問(wèn)題,又由于同行評(píng)議的主觀性,因此,對(duì)其進(jìn)行定量評(píng)價(jià)研究有著重要的實(shí)際意義。本文利用經(jīng)典的粗糙集方法、基于優(yōu)勢(shì)關(guān)系的變精度粗糙集方法,分別對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)數(shù)學(xué)類(lèi)核心期刊以及綜合性科學(xué)技術(shù)類(lèi)高等師范院校期刊進(jìn)行了量化評(píng)價(jià)研究。本文第一章簡(jiǎn)單闡述了對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)期刊進(jìn)行量化評(píng)價(jià)的目的、意義,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概況以及本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。第二章介紹了本文采用的經(jīng)典粗糙集方法、基于優(yōu)勢(shì)關(guān)系的變精度粗糙集方法的基本概念、基本理論。第三章基于等價(jià)關(guān)系的經(jīng)典粗糙集決策屬性約簡(jiǎn)算法,利用中國(guó)科技期刊引證報(bào)告(核心版)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)2014版北大中文核心期刊中的數(shù)學(xué)類(lèi)期刊進(jìn)行了量化評(píng)價(jià)。第四章基于優(yōu)勢(shì)關(guān)系的變精度粗糙集方法,利用中國(guó)科技期刊引證報(bào)告(擴(kuò)刊版)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)2016年版中國(guó)科技核心期刊中的師范類(lèi)自然科學(xué)期刊進(jìn)行了量化研究。論文最后對(duì)全文所做的工作做了總結(jié),提出了進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題和下一步的工作設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of the academic influence of Chinese sci-tech periodicals is closely related to the journal itself, the contributors and the scientific research institutions to which the contributors belong. It is an inextricable problem, and because of the subjectivity of peer review, therefore, It is of great practical significance to study the quantitative evaluation of it. In this paper, the classical rough set method and the variable precision rough set method based on the advantage relation are used to evaluate the core journals of specialized mathematics and the journals of science and technology colleges and universities respectively. In the first chapter, the purpose and significance of quantitative evaluation of academic journals are briefly described, and the general situation of research at home and abroad and the main research contents of this paper are summarized. In the second chapter, the basic concepts and theories of the classical rough set method and the variable precision rough set method based on the advantage relation are introduced. In chapter 3, based on the classical rough set decision attribute reduction algorithm based on equivalence relation, the mathematical journals in Peking University's 2014 edition of Chinese core journals are quantitatively evaluated by using the citation report (core edition) data of China Science and Technology Journals. In chapter 4, based on the method of variable precision rough set based on advantage relation, the quantitative research on the natural science journals of normal science and technology in 2016 edition of China's core journals of science and technology is carried out by using the data of the citation report of Chinese sci-tech periodicals (expanded edition). Finally, the paper summarizes the work done in the paper, and puts forward the further research problems and the future work plan.
