【摘要】：正一個領導班子干得好與不好,和能否團結共事大有關系。各級領導干部要做到懂團結、會團結、真團結,以下三個方面需要注意。放下架子。領導是維護單位團結的關鍵。領導要把能夠放下架子作為一種境界去追求,作為一種素質去培養(yǎng)。領導放下架子,有利于建立溝通的渠道,有利于同事間相互理解。有了理解和溝通,工作才會有人支持和配合。
[Abstract]:Whether a leading group does a good or bad job has much to do with whether they can unite and work together. Leading cadres at all levels should understand unity, will unite, and truly unite. The following three aspects need to be paid attention to. The leadership is the key to maintaining the unity of the unit. The leader should pursue the ability to put down the shelf as a state of mind and cultivate it as a quality. If the leader puts down the shelf, it will be conducive to establishing channels of communication. Help colleagues understand each other. With understanding and communication, the work will be supported and cooperate.
