【摘要】：針對(duì)直覺(jué)模糊多屬性群決策問(wèn)題,研究屬性和專(zhuān)家權(quán)重的確定以及信息的集結(jié)方法.利用直覺(jué)模糊熵確定屬性客觀權(quán)重,并根據(jù)偏好信息確定合理的屬性綜合權(quán)重;在屬性層面區(qū)分專(zhuān)家權(quán)重,將直覺(jué)模糊評(píng)價(jià)值作為Mass函數(shù),構(gòu)建證據(jù)沖突度模型確定專(zhuān)家權(quán)重,并利用猶豫度加以修正,避免綜合支持度低而對(duì)方案排序影響大的專(zhuān)家權(quán)重過(guò)分削弱;采用證據(jù)理論集結(jié)決策信息,根據(jù)得分值進(jìn)行方案排序.最后通過(guò)算例分析,驗(yàn)證了所提出方法的合理性和有效性.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making, the determination of attribute and expert weight and the method of information aggregation are studied, and the objective weight of attribute is determined by intuitionistic fuzzy entropy. And according to the preference information to determine the reasonable attribute comprehensive weight; At the attribute level, the expert weight is distinguished, the intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation value is taken as Mass function, the evidence conflict degree model is constructed to determine the expert weight, and the hesitancy degree is used to modify the expert weight. Avoid the excessive weakening of the expert weight which has a low comprehensive support degree and has a great influence on the ranking of programs; The evidence theory is used to assemble the decision information, and the scheme is sorted according to the score value. Finally, the rationality and validity of the proposed method are verified by an example.
