【摘要】：現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)和供應(yīng)鏈管理技術(shù)給現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)帶來全新的業(yè)務(wù)和組織模式，，隨著生產(chǎn)要素、商品、服務(wù)、信息的跨地域流動(dòng)規(guī)模和形式的不斷增加，如何在物流管理中融入無邊界信息流管理，實(shí)現(xiàn)物流、信息流、資金流的集成和控制，是現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。 零擔(dān)貨運(yùn)是物流業(yè)的重要業(yè)務(wù)形式，然而，第三方零擔(dān)物流多以中小型企業(yè)形態(tài)存在，以提供局部的、分段的物流服務(wù)和零擔(dān)專線為主，難以將分屬不同所有者的物流資源統(tǒng)一管理和實(shí)現(xiàn)大批量、多批次和跨地區(qū)的綜合物流服務(wù)。 本文以第三方零擔(dān)物流管理的信息化平臺(tái)建設(shè)為背景，結(jié)合河南現(xiàn)代正合物流有限公司零擔(dān)物流管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)，分析了零擔(dān)物流業(yè)務(wù)管理中存在的問題，提出了由業(yè)務(wù)、貨物和財(cái)務(wù)三大主線構(gòu)成的零擔(dān)物流業(yè)務(wù)流程再造，從需求分析、總體設(shè)計(jì)、模塊設(shè)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)測(cè)試四個(gè)方面，全面闡述了零擔(dān)物流管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)方案，主要內(nèi)容包括： （1）零擔(dān)物流管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析。在分析第三方零擔(dān)物流管理的特點(diǎn)及相關(guān)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，從系統(tǒng)的功能需求和非功能性需求兩方面，討論了零擔(dān)物流管理系統(tǒng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)，提出了零擔(dān)物流管理系統(tǒng)的功能總體框架。 （2）零擔(dān)物流管理系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合零擔(dān)物流管理的整體工作流程，從開發(fā)環(huán)境、分層設(shè)計(jì)、框架設(shè)計(jì)、工作流程、命名規(guī)則與分解以及接口多個(gè)角度，詳細(xì)論述了零擔(dān)物流管理的總體設(shè)計(jì)思路，提出了基于J2EE三層架構(gòu)的零擔(dān)物流管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。 （3）零擔(dān)物流管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。重點(diǎn)圍繞系統(tǒng)管理、車輛管理、客戶關(guān)系管理和手機(jī)查詢客戶端四個(gè)方面，開發(fā)了面向第三方零擔(dān)物流的管理信息系統(tǒng)，并對(duì)主要模塊進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。 實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明，零擔(dān)物流管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用，可有效解決供應(yīng)鏈上的信息集成共享，實(shí)現(xiàn)物流管理與作業(yè)的信息化，規(guī)范業(yè)務(wù)流程操作，提高零擔(dān)物流的業(yè)務(wù)效率和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Modern information technology and supply chain management technology bring new business and organization mode to modern logistics industry. With the increasing scale and form of cross-regional flow of factors of production, goods, services and information, How to integrate the borderless information flow management and realize the integration and control of logistics, information flow and capital flow in logistics management is an urgent problem to be solved by modern logistics enterprises. Part-load freight is an important business form in the logistics industry. However, third party part-load logistics exists mostly in the form of small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly to provide partial, piecewise logistics services and part-load dedicated lines. It is difficult to unify the management of logistics resources belonging to different owners and to realize the integrated logistics services in large quantities, many batches and across regions. Based on the information platform construction of the third party part logistics management and the development of the part load logistics management system of Henan Modern Zhenghe Logistics Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the problems existing in the part load logistics business management, and puts forward the problem of the part load logistics business management. From four aspects of demand analysis, overall design, module design and system test, the design and development scheme of the part load logistics management system is expounded comprehensively, which is composed of three main lines of goods and finance, including demand analysis, overall design, module design and system testing. The main elements include:. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and related technologies of the third party part load logistics management, this paper discusses the basic structure of the part load logistics management system from the two aspects of the functional requirements and the non-functional requirements of the system. The functional framework of the part-load logistics management system is put forward. On the basis of demand analysis, combined with the overall workflow of the logistics management of part load, from the development environment, layering design, framework design, workflow, From the point of view of naming rules, decomposition and interface, this paper discusses in detail the overall design idea of part load logistics management, and puts forward a design scheme of part load logistics management system based on J2EE three-tier structure. 3) the development and implementation of the part load logistics management system. Focusing on four aspects: system management, vehicle management, customer relationship management and mobile phone inquiry client, a management information system for third party part load logistics is developed. The main modules are tested. The actual operation shows that the application of the part load logistics management system can effectively solve the information integration and share in the supply chain, realize the informationization of logistics management and operation, standardize the operation of business process, and improve the business efficiency and accuracy of the part load logistics.
