個人傳記特征對工作績效的影響:一項(xiàng)4年的追蹤研究

【摘要】:辨識和尋找高績效員工始終是組織管理的核心問題。通過對個體工作績效的連續(xù)4次測量,文章分析了個體工作績效的發(fā)展趨勢、個人傳記特征(性別、司齡、教育程度、入職渠道、崗位與專業(yè)匹配度等)反映在工作績效上的差異性以及這種差異性與時間的交互作用。研究結(jié)果在中國組織情境下發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些有趣而有意義的結(jié)論,拓寬了諸多組織管理現(xiàn)象的解釋力度,并就組織提升選人用人的有效性給出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Identifying and finding high-performance employees is always the core issue of organizational management. Through four consecutive measurements of individual work performance, this paper analyzes the development trend of individual work performance, the characteristics of personal biographies (gender, age, education level, entry channels, post and professional matching degree, etc.) reflected in the differences in job performance and the interaction between this difference and time. The results of the study find some interesting and meaningful conclusions in the context of Chinese organizations, broaden the explanation of many organizational management phenomena, and give some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of organizational selection and employment.
