【摘要】：發(fā)展旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)已經(jīng)是我國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。為了確保旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)可以快速、持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展,準(zhǔn)確地認(rèn)識(shí)和把握旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平,進(jìn)一步發(fā)現(xiàn)旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)在發(fā)展過程中的問題,使用科學(xué)的模型評(píng)價(jià)旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平是旅客綜合運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。而現(xiàn)有的模型大多從單一運(yùn)輸方式或綜合樞紐進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)價(jià)方法選取大都較簡(jiǎn)單,缺乏一定說服力,并且無法用它準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平。因此,論文以構(gòu)建科學(xué)、有效的旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)模型為目標(biāo),以期對(duì)旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平做出科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)。論文首先對(duì)旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)內(nèi)涵及特點(diǎn)、評(píng)價(jià)難點(diǎn)和應(yīng)考慮的因素進(jìn)行分析,通過多種定性方法和定量方法的對(duì)比分析,選擇CSI模型作為評(píng)價(jià)模型。依照旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)特點(diǎn)改進(jìn)CSI模型,建立旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)(CTS-PSI)初始模型,從車站服務(wù)感知、換乘服務(wù)感知、車上服務(wù)感知、旅客感知價(jià)值、旅客滿意度、旅客忠誠(chéng)、旅客抱怨7個(gè)維度考量;其次,依照模型構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系和確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,如果通過科學(xué)性檢驗(yàn),則建立旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)模型,否則返回修改;最后,以陜西省為例進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)據(jù)和評(píng)價(jià)模型的科學(xué)性和有效性,用層次分析法(AHP)確定一級(jí)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,用客觀賦值法確定二、三級(jí)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,計(jì)算陜西省旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)滿意度指數(shù),并用重要性-績(jī)效分析法對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,得出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),CTS-PSI模型具有科學(xué)性和有效性,能夠準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明陜西省旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)滿意度指數(shù)為3.35,處于一般滿意和比較滿意之間,還有很大的提升空間。應(yīng)當(dāng)努力從提升換乘便捷性、提高車站員工服務(wù)水平、提升發(fā)生安全問題的處理速度、提高車載媒體可用性這四個(gè)方面著手提升陜西省旅客綜合運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平。

[Abstract]:The development of passenger integrated transport service has become the inevitable trend of the development of transportation industry in our country. In order to ensure the rapid, sustainable and healthy development of passenger integrated transport service, accurately understand and grasp the level of passenger integrated transport service, and further find out the problems in the development of passenger integrated transport service, the use of scientific model to evaluate the level of passenger integrated transport service is the key to the development of passenger integrated transport. However, most of the existing models are evaluated from a single mode of transportation or a comprehensive hub, and most of the evaluation methods are simple, lack of persuasion, and can not be used to accurately evaluate the level of integrated passenger transport services. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to construct a scientific and effective evaluation model of passenger integrated transport service, in order to make a scientific evaluation of passenger integrated transport service level. Firstly, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of passenger integrated transport service, the difficulties of evaluation and the factors that should be considered. Through the comparative analysis of various qualitative and quantitative methods, the CSI model is selected as the evaluation model. According to the characteristics of integrated passenger transport service, the CSI model is improved, and the initial model of integrated passenger transport service level evaluation (CTS-PSI) is established, which is considered from seven dimensions: station service perception, transfer service perception, vehicle service perception, passenger perceived value, passenger satisfaction, passenger loyalty and passenger complaint. Secondly, according to the model to construct the index system and determine the index weight, if pass the scientific test, then establish the passenger comprehensive transport service level evaluation model, otherwise return to modify; Finally, taking Shaanxi Province as an example, the scientific and effective data and evaluation model are verified. The first index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the second and third index weights are determined by objective assignment method, the comprehensive passenger transport service satisfaction index in Shaanxi Province is calculated, and the evaluation index is analyzed by importance performance analysis method, and the evaluation results are obtained. It is found that the CTS-PSI model is scientific and effective, and can accurately evaluate the comprehensive passenger transport service level. The empirical results show that the satisfaction index of comprehensive passenger transport service in Shaanxi Province is 3.35, which is between general satisfaction and relatively satisfactory, and there is still a lot of room for improvement. Efforts should be made to improve the comprehensive passenger transport service level in Shaanxi Province from four aspects: improving the convenience of transfer, improving the service level of station staff, improving the speed of dealing with safety problems, and improving the availability of on-board media.
