【摘要】：正2016年是"十三五"的開(kāi)局之年,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委員會(huì)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"基金委")數(shù)理科學(xué)部深入學(xué)習(xí)、貫徹和落實(shí)《國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金"十三五"發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,在"堅(jiān)持定位、激勵(lì)原創(chuàng)、統(tǒng)籌支持、升級(jí)發(fā)展"的總體思路指導(dǎo)下,制定并不斷完善數(shù)理科學(xué)部的學(xué)科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)評(píng)審制度公正、績(jī)效回報(bào)豐
