【摘要】：本文在借鑒現有對技術軌道躍升影響要素研究的基礎上,根據要素的不同來源,對影響躍升的要素進行了區(qū)分,并使用高科技上市公司的調研數據對技術軌道躍升在技術創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)新績效之間的調節(jié)作用進行了實證研究。研究結果表明,技術軌道躍升在技術創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新績效之間具有明顯的調節(jié)效應,但是技術軌道躍升的內外部影響要素對技術創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新績效之間的調節(jié)作用存在著較大差異。技術軌道躍升的外部條件要素能夠增強技術創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)新績效之間的關系,但內部動力要素和兼顧內外的影響要素則對此作用不顯著�；谝陨戏治�,提出相應的對策:建設技術創(chuàng)新軌道,提升技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略;提高內部管理水平,整合內部知識資源;塑造創(chuàng)新型文化,鼓勵主動創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the existing research on the influence factors of technology orbit jump, according to the different sources of the factors, this paper distinguishes the factors that affect the jump. Based on the research data of high-tech listed companies, this paper makes an empirical study on the regulation of technological orbit jump between technological innovation and innovation performance. The results show that the technological track jump has an obvious regulating effect between technological innovation and innovation performance, but there is a great difference between the internal and external influencing factors of technological track jump on the regulation of technological innovation and innovation performance. The external factors of technological orbit jump can enhance the relationship between technological innovation and innovation performance, but the internal dynamic factors and internal and external influencing factors have no significant effect on the relationship between technological innovation and innovation performance. Based on the above analysis, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: constructing the orbit of technological innovation, promoting the strategy of technological innovation, improving the level of internal management, integrating the internal knowledge resources, shaping the innovative culture and encouraging active innovation.
