【摘要】：利用智能移動(dòng)終端的高普及率、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息覆蓋廣等現(xiàn)代通信科技的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提出基于智能移動(dòng)終端的區(qū)域儀器設(shè)備共享機(jī)制:創(chuàng)建集成熟儀器設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)和移動(dòng)辦公優(yōu)點(diǎn)的移動(dòng)區(qū)域儀器設(shè)備共享應(yīng)用APP,輔以職能部門(mén)聯(lián)合儀器共享單位建立的一套切實(shí)可行的管理辦法;利用手持智能終端接入方式與系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)共享平臺(tái)管理、服務(wù)功能,解決了目前各儀器共享系統(tǒng)的"信息孤島"和平臺(tái)管理上存在的時(shí)間和空間上的限制等問(wèn)題,增加了區(qū)域共享資源采集、用戶(hù)互動(dòng)、共享績(jī)效評(píng)核等功能,提高共享平臺(tái)的便捷性和易用性,不僅擴(kuò)大共享平臺(tái)影響力,也促進(jìn)科技交流發(fā)展,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)"依托平臺(tái),資源集中、共享共用、增效增值",是對(duì)現(xiàn)有共享機(jī)制的有益補(bǔ)充,有利于儀器設(shè)備共享制度的推廣。
[Abstract]:Taking advantage of the advantages of modern communication technology, such as the high popularity of intelligent mobile terminals and the wide coverage of network information, This paper puts forward the sharing mechanism of regional instrument equipment based on intelligent mobile terminal: to create a mobile area instrument equipment sharing application APP, which integrates the advantages of mature instrument equipment management system and mobile office system. To be supplemented by a set of practical management measures established by the joint instrument sharing unit of the functional department; Using the access mode of handheld intelligent terminal and the system platform to realize the shared platform management and service function, solve the problems of "information isolated island" and the limitation of time and space in the platform management of each instrument sharing system at present. The functions of regional shared resource collection, user interaction, sharing performance evaluation and so on are added to improve the convenience and ease of use of the shared platform, not only to expand the influence of the shared platform, but also to promote the development of scientific and technological exchanges, so as to realize "relying on the platform," Centralization of resources, sharing and sharing, increasing value "is a beneficial supplement to the existing sharing mechanism and is beneficial to the popularization of the sharing system of instrument and equipment."
