【摘要】：新常態(tài)下我國經(jīng)濟增長需要用創(chuàng)新來為經(jīng)濟引擎提供動力,讓創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)中國發(fā)展。本文通過理論分析、文獻梳理和專家咨詢等方式,分析企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)鍵因素;采用隨機前沿方法,以河北省為例,對河北省企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效變化態(tài)勢、演變特征和創(chuàng)新成功關(guān)鍵因素進行實證研究;最后基于市場關(guān)鍵因素,提出提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的路徑和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, China's economic growth needs innovation to provide impetus for economic engine and let innovation lead China's development. Through theoretical analysis, literature review and expert consultation, this paper analyzes the key factors of enterprise innovation performance. Taking Hebei Province as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the changing situation, evolution characteristics and key factors of innovation success of enterprises in Hebei Province by means of stochastic frontier method. Finally, based on the key factors of the market, the paper puts forward the path and safeguard measures to improve the innovation performance of enterprises.
