招商銀行南寧分行零售信貸業(yè)務發(fā)展策略研究
[Abstract]:China's economy is in a downward phase, the economic growth rate has become slow, the economic structure is transforming, the financial market environment is getting worse and worse, in general, the development environment of domestic commercial banks is not optimistic. The trend of financial disintermediation, the completion of interest rate marketization and the rapid development of Internet finance have posed a new challenge to the future development of banks. While seeking new profit growth point, domestic commercial banks pay more and more attention to the development of retail business. As the focus of retail business, retail credit business is in the rapid development period, and has become an important part of the competition among domestic commercial banks. First of all, this paper hopes to expand the loan scale of China Merchants Bank Nanning Branch by studying the development strategy of its retail credit business, and improve the profit level of China Merchants Bank Nanning Branch. Secondly, it is expected that by taking China Merchants Bank Nanning Branch as an example, it can provide reference for other banks to develop retail credit business and further improve the development level of China retail credit business. This paper states the present situation of retail credit business of China Merchants Bank Nanning Branch from four aspects: organization and management of retail credit business, current development strategy, business scale and product structure, and finds that the development strategy is not perfect in the process of development. The organizational structure needs to be improved, the process needs to be optimized, the appraisal scheme is unreasonable, the retail credit team is mobile and the professional ability is not enough. This paper comprehensively analyzes the macro, medium and internal environment of the retail credit business of China Merchants Bank Nanning Branch, and summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of retail credit business in the Nanning Branch of China Merchants Bank. And then put forward the future development strategy of retail credit business of China Merchants Bank Nanning Branch, and put forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of organizational structure, business process, performance appraisal, team building, customer resources and so on.
