【摘要】：為了探究知識(shí)管理對(duì)精益建造工具應(yīng)用效果的推動(dòng)作用,基于"知識(shí)過(guò)程化"理論,選取知識(shí)獲取、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化和知識(shí)應(yīng)用作為知識(shí)管理過(guò)程的3個(gè)維度,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型檢驗(yàn)知識(shí)管理過(guò)程在精益工具對(duì)精益績(jī)效影響過(guò)程中的中介作用。研究結(jié)果表明,精益工具通過(guò)知識(shí)管理過(guò)程的中介作用對(duì)精益績(jī)效具有正向影響,知識(shí)管理過(guò)程在精益工具應(yīng)用效果中扮演了重要角色。由此建議在精益工具應(yīng)用過(guò)程中依據(jù)情境變化控制知識(shí)管理過(guò)程,強(qiáng)化知識(shí)的獲取、轉(zhuǎn)化和應(yīng)用,從而盡可能發(fā)揮精益工具對(duì)精益績(jī)效的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the role of knowledge management in the application of lean construction tools, three dimensions of knowledge acquisition, knowledge transformation and knowledge application are selected based on the theory of "knowledge process". The structural equation model is used to test the intermediary effect of knowledge management process on lean performance. The results show that lean tools have a positive impact on lean performance through the intermediary of knowledge management process, and knowledge management process plays an important role in the application of lean tools. It is suggested that the process of knowledge management should be controlled according to the situation change in the application of lean tools, and the acquisition, transformation and application of knowledge should be strengthened so as to give full play to the role of lean tools in promoting lean performance.
