【摘要】：通過對中國高校組織的中層管理者的領導行為與領導效能性的關系及其影響的研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),從領導行為的三個維度來看,發(fā)展導向與員工導向對員工滿意度有正向預測作用,而工作導向對員工滿意度有負向預測作用。工作導向、發(fā)展導向和員工導向三維度對領導的工作績效和創(chuàng)新能力有顯著的影響。而且,發(fā)展導向與員工導向高的中層管理者是一種關系取向的領導行為,這樣的領導行為有助于領導效能的改善。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the relationship between leadership behavior and leadership effectiveness of middle managers in Chinese universities and colleges, we can find that, from the three dimensions of leadership behavior, Development orientation and employee orientation have positive predictive effect on employee satisfaction, while job orientation has negative predictive effect on employee satisfaction. Job-oriented, development-oriented and employee-oriented three-dimensional degrees have a significant impact on the leadership's job performance and innovation ability. Furthermore, the middle managers with high development orientation and employee orientation are a kind of relationship oriented leadership behavior, such leadership behavior is helpful to improve leadership effectiveness.
