【摘要】：目的基于病例分組思想,設(shè)計(jì)一套反映臨床住院科室實(shí)際工作量、技術(shù)水平及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)程度的績效考核方案。方法以待考核臨床住院科室為分組大類,以住院日為因素,以其影響因素為分類變量,運(yùn)用E-CHAID方法構(gòu)建病例組合分組,聯(lián)合使用權(quán)重及病例數(shù)確定住院科室績效考核方案。結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)出一套適用于樣本醫(yī)院7個(gè)科室共39類的績效權(quán)重方案,根據(jù)各臨床住院科室收治病人數(shù)及權(quán)重確定科室績效考核結(jié)果。結(jié)論考核方案具有客觀性、直觀性、可操作性,為公立醫(yī)院的科室績效改革提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to design a performance appraisal scheme which reflects the actual workload, technical level and risk level of clinical department based on the idea of case grouping. Methods taking the clinical department to be examined as the big group, the day of hospitalization as the factor and the influencing factor as the classification variable, the E-CHAID method was used to construct the case combination group, and combined use of weight and the number of cases to determine the inpatient department performance appraisal scheme. Results A set of 39 kinds of performance weighting schemes was designed for 7 departments in the sample hospital. The results of performance evaluation were determined according to the number and weight of the patients in each clinical department. Conclusion the evaluation scheme is objective, intuitive and operable, which provides a reference for the reform of department performance in public hospitals.
