【摘要】：本文基于國(guó)內(nèi)50家城商行2009—2014年的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),從資產(chǎn)負(fù)債結(jié)構(gòu)、盈利特征、盈利能力、資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量四個(gè)主要層面,分析利率市場(chǎng)化對(duì)城商行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的影響。從資產(chǎn)負(fù)債結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)看,城商行資金來(lái)源結(jié)構(gòu)中存款的比重明顯下降,而非存款負(fù)債比重上升,為匹配負(fù)債成本的剛性攀升,城商行資產(chǎn)配置風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好上升,貸款在總資產(chǎn)中的比重持續(xù)下降;從收入結(jié)構(gòu)看,提升非息收入占比成為多數(shù)城商行的策略選擇,但非息收入的增長(zhǎng)短期內(nèi)仍難以改變營(yíng)業(yè)收入增幅下滑的趨勢(shì),城商行盈利能力明顯下降;伴隨資產(chǎn)及客戶(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,城商行信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也不斷上升,資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量下滑。國(guó)內(nèi)城商行需強(qiáng)化實(shí)施客戶(hù)聚焦戰(zhàn)略,培育比較優(yōu)勢(shì),加強(qiáng)資產(chǎn)負(fù)債及流動(dòng)性精細(xì)化管理,提升成本效率管理、保持盈利能力。
[Abstract]:Based on the financial data from 2009-2014, this paper analyzes the impact of interest rate marketization on the operating performance of city commercial banks from four main aspects: the structure of assets and liabilities, the characteristics of profitability, the profitability and the quality of assets. In terms of the structure of assets and liabilities, the proportion of deposits in the capital source structure of City Commercial Bank has obviously decreased, while the proportion of non-deposit liabilities has increased. In order to match the rigidity of liability costs, the risk preference of asset allocation of CityCommercial Bank has increased. The proportion of loans in total assets has continued to decline; in terms of income structure, raising the proportion of non-interest income has become the strategic choice of most city commercial banks, but the growth of non-interest income will still be difficult to change the downward trend of business income growth in the short term. With the adjustment of assets and customer structure, the credit risk of city commercial bank is also rising, and the quality of assets is declining. The domestic city commercial banks need to strengthen the implementation of customer focus strategy, cultivate comparative advantage, strengthen the fine management of assets, liabilities and liquidity, improve cost efficiency management, and maintain profitability.
