【摘要】：混合所有制改革是當(dāng)前深化國(guó)企改革的基本主題,并迅速?gòu)慕?jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域擴(kuò)展到職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域�；旌虾蟮穆殬I(yè)院校其法人屬性、治理結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬、監(jiān)管方式等皆會(huì)發(fā)生相應(yīng)的變化,對(duì)人力資源的管理也提出了新的要求。在混合所有制下,高職院校內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)按照資本效能的最佳狀態(tài)優(yōu)化設(shè)置,將促使人員選拔、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)和薪酬激勵(lì)等制度產(chǎn)生深刻變革。
[Abstract]:The reform of the mixed ownership system is the basic theme of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, and rapidly expanding from the economic field to the field of vocational education. The legal person attributes, the governance structure, the ownership of property rights and the mode of supervision of the mixed vocational colleges will change accordingly, and the new requirements for the management of human resources are also put forward. The internal structure of vocational colleges is optimized according to the best state of capital efficiency, which will lead to profound changes in personnel selection, performance evaluation and salary incentive system.
