M公司團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)及其改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)是企業(yè)管理的首要考慮部分。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下,市場(chǎng)競爭是無比激烈和殘酷的,遵循的是達(dá)爾文進(jìn)化論優(yōu)勝劣汰的法則,一個(gè)企業(yè)想要謀取生存和長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展,不僅需要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)跟得上時(shí)代的發(fā)展潮流,而且需要過硬的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量或者服務(wù),更重要的是需要一支凝聚力很強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)。團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)于企業(yè)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要的。本文以團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通理論、激勵(lì)理論、群體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論為指導(dǎo),根據(jù)M公司的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理案例展開分析,從提出問題到解決問題,公司團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)不斷得到改進(jìn)和發(fā)展。本文劃分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分:引言部分。闡述了團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)改進(jìn)研究的意義,總結(jié)了研究M公司團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)改進(jìn)研究的研究思路和方法,最后提出論文技術(shù)路線。第二部分:文獻(xiàn)綜述。講述了國內(nèi)外不同學(xué)者對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)概念的理解,以及團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)理論中關(guān)于溝通理論、激勵(lì)理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論、群體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論的相關(guān)論述。從團(tuán)隊(duì)的起源到講述到團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)理念的形成過程,都提出了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述。第三部分:以M公司團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)案例為背景,給出公司簡介,公司內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)等,進(jìn)而提出M公司在團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的管理過程中存在的問題。第四部分:用團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論對(duì)M公司團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)改進(jìn)進(jìn)行研究,用理論驗(yàn)證了實(shí)踐中存在的問題,并給出自己的觀點(diǎn)。本文認(rèn)為,關(guān)于M公司中出現(xiàn)的四大類問題:溝通問題、激勵(lì)問題、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)問題、群體協(xié)作問題,是可以改進(jìn)的。本文并提出了改進(jìn)措施。在團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)中團(tuán)隊(duì)成員之間要勤于溝通和有效溝通,才能提高團(tuán)隊(duì)成員工作效率。公司團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)過程中重視激勵(lì)理論的應(yīng)用,企業(yè)應(yīng)該用物質(zhì)激勵(lì)和精神激勵(lì)結(jié)合的方法,才能提高員工的工作積極性和歸屬感。另外,公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要用領(lǐng)導(dǎo)魅力去影響團(tuán)隊(duì)成員,讓企業(yè)制度完善、員工信服才能激發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)工作熱情。團(tuán)隊(duì)成員之間要培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力,相互之間協(xié)作才能為公司產(chǎn)生最大績效。
[Abstract]:The team building of the enterprise is the primary consideration part of the enterprise management. Under the background of economic globalization, market competition is extremely fierce and cruel. It follows the Darwinian rule of survival of the fittest. An enterprise wants to survive and develop in the long run. Not only need to keep pace with the times, but also need excellent product quality or service, and more importantly, need a cohesive team. The team is essential to the development of the enterprise. Under the guidance of team communication theory, incentive theory, group dynamics theory and leadership theory, this paper analyzes the case of team management in M Company. From problem raising to problem solving, team building has been improved and developed. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction. This paper expounds the significance of the research on the improvement of team building, summarizes the research ideas and methods of the research on the improvement of team building in M Company, and finally puts forward the technical route of the paper. The second part: literature review. This paper describes the understanding of the concept of team by different scholars at home and abroad, as well as the related exposition of communication theory, incentive theory, leadership theory and group dynamics theory in the theory of team building. From the origin of the team to the narration to the formation process of the concept of team building, the related literature review is put forward. The third part: based on the case of M company's team building, the paper gives the company's brief introduction and internal structure, and then points out the problems existing in the management of M company's team building. The fourth part: using the theory of team building to study the improvement of team building in M Company. The problems in practice are verified by the theory, and their own views are given. This paper holds that four kinds of problems in M Company: communication problem, incentive problem, leadership problem and group cooperation problem, can be improved. The improvement measures are also put forward in this paper. In order to improve the efficiency of team members, team members should communicate diligently and effectively in team building. In the process of team building, the application of incentive theory is emphasized. Only by combining material motivation with spiritual motivation, can the employees' working enthusiasm and sense of belonging be improved. In addition, company leaders should use leadership charm to influence team members, make enterprise system perfect, and convince employees to inspire team work enthusiasm. Team members should cultivate team cohesion and work together to maximize company performance.
