【摘要】：使用結(jié)構(gòu)方程分析法,對(duì)168家集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的樣本企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,研究協(xié)作機(jī)制、資源配置與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的邏輯關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,協(xié)作機(jī)制對(duì)資源獲取與流程協(xié)同、資源獲取對(duì)流程協(xié)同、資源獲取與流程協(xié)同對(duì)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效均存在明顯的直接效應(yīng),資源獲取與流程協(xié)同起中介作用,協(xié)作機(jī)制對(duì)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效不存在直接效應(yīng)。證明了在當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈、企業(yè)發(fā)展所需資源受限的情境下,集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體良好的協(xié)作機(jī)制有利于成員企業(yè)從網(wǎng)絡(luò)中獲取所需資源、促進(jìn)成員企業(yè)的協(xié)同活動(dòng),從而提升創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。
[Abstract]:By using the structural equation analysis method, the empirical analysis of 168 cluster innovation network sample enterprises is carried out to study the cooperation mechanism, the logical relationship between resource allocation and innovation performance. The results show that the cooperation mechanism has obvious direct effects on resource acquisition and process collaboration, resource acquisition and process collaboration on innovation performance, resource acquisition and process coordination play an intermediary role. Collaboration mechanism has no direct effect on innovation performance. It is proved that under the circumstance of increasingly fierce market competition and limited resources for enterprise development, the good cooperative mechanism of cluster innovation network is beneficial for member enterprises to obtain the required resources from the network and promote the cooperative activities of member enterprises. So as to improve the performance of innovation.
