【摘要】：正黨的十六屆三中全會(huì)提出"建立預(yù)算績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系"后,績(jī)效管理理念在我國(guó)預(yù)算管理過(guò)程中得以廣泛應(yīng)用,經(jīng)過(guò)近十年的實(shí)踐探索,預(yù)算績(jī)效管理逐見(jiàn)成效。一、預(yù)算績(jī)效管理在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的應(yīng)用及意義中等職業(yè)學(xué)校直接培養(yǎng)一線的技能型、實(shí)用型人才,是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育體系的重要組成部分。"一個(gè)國(guó)家,學(xué)術(shù)尖子與職業(yè)尖子的培養(yǎng)同等重要"的觀念已被普遍認(rèn)可。為加快中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展,建設(shè)世界水平的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育,保障教育的"兩個(gè)提高""三個(gè)增長(zhǎng)",同時(shí)也為了與
