【摘要】：地方民主創(chuàng)新,是地方政府在地方社會治理過程中,在決策、管理與監(jiān)督等各個環(huán)節(jié),擴大公民參與、推進(jìn)民主治理的制度機制創(chuàng)新,是一個多因素作用的制度鏈條和制度環(huán)節(jié),其中組織推動、公民參與、社會支持、制度規(guī)范、治理績效是其影響因素和制度環(huán)節(jié)。只有各個影響因素發(fā)揮正向激勵,并形成正反饋的制度合力,地方民主創(chuàng)新才能成功生成并持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Local democratic innovation is the institutional mechanism innovation of local governments in the process of local social governance, in decision-making, management and supervision, and other links to expand citizen participation and promote democratic governance. It is a multi-factor system chain and system link, in which organizational promotion, citizen participation, social support, system standardization and governance performance are the influencing factors and institutional links. Only when every influencing factor exerts positive incentives and forms positive feedback institutional joint forces, can local democratic innovation succeed and develop continuously.
