【摘要】：國家自然科學(xué)基金委重大研究計(jì)劃擬通過整合與集成不同學(xué)科背景、不同學(xué)術(shù)思路和不同層次的項(xiàng)目群,促進(jìn)學(xué)科交叉融合,提高各研究領(lǐng)域協(xié)同合作能力,推進(jìn)重大難點(diǎn)科學(xué)問題的解決。本文利用Web of Science平臺(tái)中的論文數(shù)據(jù),從學(xué)科交叉、研究內(nèi)容與資助目標(biāo)一致性兩個(gè)維度對(duì)重大研究計(jì)劃資助績效進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)研究。研究結(jié)果表明;(1)重大研究計(jì)劃的實(shí)施有效推動(dòng)了學(xué)科的交叉融合,提高了協(xié)同合作能力,但不同計(jì)劃間的學(xué)科交叉情況存在較大差異,數(shù)理科學(xué)部牽頭實(shí)施計(jì)劃的學(xué)科集成程度相對(duì)較高,管理科學(xué)部則涉及的學(xué)科范圍最廣;(2)不同計(jì)劃資助論文的研究內(nèi)容與資助目標(biāo)的一致性存在較大差異,研究主題與研究目標(biāo)相關(guān)性較強(qiáng),但聚焦程度相對(duì)較差�？傮w上,重大研究計(jì)劃的學(xué)科交叉程度還有較大提升空間,在研究內(nèi)容與資助目標(biāo)一致性方面還有待提高。
[Abstract]:By integrating and integrating different disciplines, different academic ideas and different levels of project groups, the major research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) will promote the interdisciplinary integration and enhance the collaborative and cooperative ability of various research fields. We will promote the solution of major and difficult scientific problems. This paper makes use of the paper data in Web of Science platform to evaluate the financial performance of major research projects from the two dimensions of subject intersection, consistency of research contents and funding objectives. The results show that the implementation of the major research plan has effectively promoted the interdisciplinary integration and improved the ability of collaborative cooperation, but there are great differences among the different programs. The degree of discipline integration of the program led by the Ministry of Mathematical Science is relatively high, while the scope of disciplines involved in the Ministry of Management Science is the most extensive. (2) the consistency between the research content and the funding goal of different project funding papers is quite different. There is a strong correlation between the research topic and the research goal, but the degree of focus is relatively poor. In general, there is still much room for improvement in the interdisciplinary degree of major research projects, and there is still room for improvement in the consistency between research content and funding objectives.
