【摘要】：運(yùn)用2004~2007年工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫和境外企業(yè)(機(jī)構(gòu))投資名錄,將對(duì)外直接投資速度引入國際投資理論體系中,從吸收能力視角出發(fā),重點(diǎn)考察投資速度對(duì)母公司績效的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)對(duì)外直接投資速度對(duì)母公司生產(chǎn)率的調(diào)節(jié)作用呈現(xiàn)"倒U型";(2)對(duì)外直接投資速度對(duì)不同所有制企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的調(diào)節(jié)作用大體一致,但對(duì)國有企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的調(diào)節(jié)作用要弱于非國有企業(yè);(3)吸收能力負(fù)向影響投資速度與母公司生產(chǎn)率間的"倒U型"關(guān)系,這一點(diǎn)在分樣本回歸中也得到了證明。政府制定政策時(shí)要調(diào)控海外投資速度,不同類型企業(yè)監(jiān)管力度和方向應(yīng)有所差異,企業(yè)本身要增大研發(fā)投入和吸引優(yōu)秀人力。
[Abstract]:By using the database of industrial enterprises from 2004 to 2007 and the investment list of overseas enterprises (institutions), this paper introduces the speed of foreign direct investment into the international investment theory system, and from the perspective of absorptive capacity, focuses on the regulating effect of investment speed on the performance of parent company. The results show that: (1) the adjusting effect of FDI speed on the productivity of parent company is "inverted U-shaped" and "inverted U") the speed of OFDI has the same effect on the productivity of enterprises with different ownership. However, the regulation of productivity of state-owned enterprises is weaker than that of non-state-owned enterprises. The negative influence of absorptive capacity on the relationship between investment speed and productivity of parent company is also proved by sample regression. The government should adjust and control the speed of overseas investment when the government makes the policy. The supervision and direction of different types of enterprises should be different. The enterprises themselves should increase their R & D investment and attract excellent manpower.
