【摘要】：【目的/意義】信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展與知識(shí)總量的激增促進(jìn)知識(shí)融合在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)扮演者越來(lái)越重要的角色,知識(shí)融合和信息細(xì)化對(duì)企業(yè)提升創(chuàng)新能力,提高創(chuàng)新績(jī)效具有重要意義�！痉椒�/過(guò)程】在國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了知識(shí)融合、信息細(xì)化與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效關(guān)系概念模型,基于258個(gè)有效樣本進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】結(jié)果表明,知識(shí)吸收維度、知識(shí)衍生維度對(duì)信息細(xì)化與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效具有顯著地促進(jìn)作用;知識(shí)獲取維度對(duì)信息細(xì)化與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響不顯著;信息細(xì)化在知識(shí)吸收維度與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的關(guān)系中起完全中介作用,在知識(shí)衍生維度與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] the rapid development of information technology and the rapid increase of the total amount of knowledge promote the knowledge fusion to play an increasingly important role in the knowledge economy society. Knowledge fusion and information refinement can enhance the innovation ability of enterprises. It is of great significance to improve innovation performance. [methods / processes] based on relevant research at home and abroad, a conceptual model of the relationship between knowledge fusion, information refinement and enterprise innovation performance is constructed. The empirical results are based on 258 valid samples. [results / conclusions] the results show that the dimension of knowledge absorption and knowledge derivation can significantly promote information refinement and innovation performance. The influence of knowledge acquisition dimension on information refinement and innovation performance is not significant; information refinement plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship between knowledge absorption dimension and innovation performance, and partly intermediary effect between knowledge derivative dimension and innovation performance.
