【摘要】：對(duì)我國(guó)公共圖書館第六次評(píng)估和2015年美國(guó)公共圖書館星級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行比較能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)公共圖書館評(píng)估工作的開展提供一定的借鑒和參考。中美都分級(jí)進(jìn)行評(píng)估、重視服務(wù)績(jī)效并體現(xiàn)以人為本,但在評(píng)估主體與流程、數(shù)據(jù)來源與評(píng)估周期、指標(biāo)體系及側(cè)重點(diǎn)的設(shè)置、分級(jí)評(píng)估的劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、評(píng)分步驟與指標(biāo)權(quán)重、評(píng)估宗旨與評(píng)估定級(jí)上存在著差異。公共圖書館評(píng)估體系只有不斷改進(jìn)和完善才能引導(dǎo)我國(guó)公共圖書館向更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)邁進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The comparison of the sixth assessment of Public Libraries in China and the comparison of the star rating evaluation of the public libraries in the United States in 2015 can provide some reference and reference for the evaluation of Public Libraries in China. Both China and the United States have graded the evaluation, pay attention to the service performance and embody the people-oriented, but in the evaluation subject and process, data source and evaluation cycle. The establishment of the index system and emphasis, the standard of classification evaluation, the step and the weight of the index, the difference between the evaluation aim and the evaluation grade. The public library evaluation system can lead the public library to more quality service.
