【摘要】：本文采用定量文獻綜述的元分析方法 ,基于72篇實證研究文獻的223個效應值,考察探索式創(chuàng)新、利用式創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)績效的關系。研究結(jié)果表明:探索式創(chuàng)新和利用式創(chuàng)新都與企業(yè)績效呈中等程度的正相關,探索式創(chuàng)新對長期競爭優(yōu)勢的影響更明顯,利用式創(chuàng)新對短期財務績效的影響更強;探索式創(chuàng)新和利用式創(chuàng)新的匹配方式,不論是雙元平衡還是雙元聯(lián)合,都對企業(yè)績效有顯著的正向影響,且雙元聯(lián)合的影響比雙元平衡強。因此,企業(yè)既要通過利用式創(chuàng)新增加當前收益,又要通過探索式創(chuàng)新獲得長期競爭優(yōu)勢,并且處理好二者的匹配關系。
[Abstract]:This paper uses meta-analysis method of quantitative literature review, based on 223 effect values of 72 empirical literatures, to investigate the relationship between exploratory innovation, utilitarian innovation and firm performance. The results show that both exploratory innovation and utilization innovation have a moderate positive correlation with enterprise performance, exploratory innovation has more obvious influence on long-term competitive advantage, and utility innovation has stronger impact on short-term financial performance. The matching modes of exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation both have a significant positive impact on firm performance both in dual balance and dual element combination and the effect of dual element combination is stronger than that of dual element equilibrium. Therefore, enterprises should not only increase the current income through utilizing innovation, but also obtain long-term competitive advantage through exploratory innovation, and deal with the matching relationship between the two.
