【摘要】：全球化背景下,知識創(chuàng)新成為企業(yè)獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的主要來源,企業(yè)管理的重點也逐漸傾向于知識管理。本文對HD公司的知識管理流程進行分析,以知識管理的四階段流程框架為基礎,分析了HD公司在知識管理中存在的問題、導致這些問題的原因,并明確了構建知識管理平臺的必要性。在此基礎上根據(jù)目前被廣泛接受的知識管理相關理論,構建HD公司的知識管理平臺,并提出平臺實施的具體方案。HD公司目前在知識管理中存在知識收集缺乏系統(tǒng)性、知識應用程度不足、知識共享效率低下、知識創(chuàng)新能力不足四個方面的問題。導致這些問題的原因主要是HD公司信息化工具應用不足、知識管理手段落后、缺乏信息整合平臺、缺乏知識管理組織結構。鑒于以上原因,本文針對HD公司知識管理平臺的構建方案進行了研究,提出了平臺的設計思路、設計原則,設計了平臺的整體架構,包括總體架構、網(wǎng)絡架構、工作流程、數(shù)據(jù)架構、安全管理等,明確了HD公司知識管理平臺的整體架構。在總體框架的基礎上,對平臺的四個模塊功能進行了詳細的描述,通過這四個模塊,可以從知識的收集、應用、共享和創(chuàng)新四個方面提高HD公司的管理效率。并且,對HD公司知識管理平臺實施總體方案進行了規(guī)劃。指出平臺實施時間規(guī)劃中,平臺設計和實施、知識庫建設、反饋和完善三個階段的時間階段。明確了與平臺實施相應的組織框架、內(nèi)部管理制度的調(diào)整,并從優(yōu)化組織結構、落實制度、企業(yè)文化建設、完善績效考核制度、加強外部合作六個方面提出了平臺實施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, knowledge innovation has become the main source for enterprises to gain competitive advantage, and the emphasis of enterprise management is gradually inclined to knowledge management. In this paper, the knowledge management process of HD company is analyzed. Based on the four-stage process framework of knowledge management, the problems existing in knowledge management in HD company are analyzed, and the causes of these problems are analyzed. The necessity of constructing knowledge management platform is clarified. On this basis, according to the widely accepted theories of knowledge management, this paper constructs the knowledge management platform of HD company, and puts forward the concrete plan of the implementation of the platform. There is a lack of systematic knowledge collection in knowledge management in HD company at present. The four problems are insufficient application of knowledge, low efficiency of knowledge sharing and insufficient ability of knowledge innovation. The main causes of these problems are insufficient application of information tools, backward knowledge management tools, lack of information integration platform and lack of organizational structure of knowledge management. In view of the above reasons, this paper has carried on the research to the HD company knowledge management platform construction plan, has proposed the platform design idea, the design principle, has designed the platform overall structure, including the overall structure, the network structure, the work flow, Data architecture, security management and so on, define the overall framework of HD company knowledge management platform. On the basis of the overall framework, the functions of the four modules of the platform are described in detail. Through these four modules, the management efficiency of HD company can be improved from four aspects: knowledge collection, application, sharing and innovation. In addition, the implementation of the overall plan of HD company knowledge management platform is planned. It is pointed out that the design and implementation of the platform, the construction of the knowledge base, the feedback and perfection are the three stages of the implementation time planning of the platform. The corresponding organizational framework and the adjustment of internal management system are defined, and the organizational structure, the implementation system, the construction of enterprise culture, the improvement of performance appraisal system are optimized. Six aspects of strengthening external cooperation are put forward to ensure the implementation of the platform.
