中國與東盟物流企業(yè)跨國戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的績效評價及其提升策略研究

【摘要】:進入新世紀(jì)后,全球化貿(mào)易不斷發(fā)展,區(qū)域合作不斷加深,同時“一帶一路”偉大戰(zhàn)略不斷深入推進,使中國與東盟的貿(mào)易受到越來越多的關(guān)注,作為雙邊貿(mào)易基礎(chǔ)的物流行業(yè)更是備受矚目,相關(guān)調(diào)查表明中國與東盟物流企業(yè)開展跨國戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟已成為一種趨勢。中國與東盟物流企業(yè)CBSA獲得了一定的成功,但整體的合作績效還處于較低水平。相關(guān)結(jié)果證實,中國與東盟物流企業(yè)CBSA績效低下的主要原因在于其績效評價的內(nèi)容不夠全面,績效提升的策略不夠明確。因此,研究中國與東盟物流企業(yè)CBSA的績效能夠提高相關(guān)企業(yè)合作的成功率和績效。本文在文獻研究法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合深入調(diào)研,分析得出中國與東盟物流企業(yè)CBSA的動因是:第一,獲取當(dāng)?shù)刭Y源,為跨境物流和貿(mào)易提供支持;第二,降低物流成本,提高服務(wù)水平;第三,減少經(jīng)營風(fēng)險,形成優(yōu)勢互補。然后在分析其產(chǎn)生績效原理的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納出其績效的實質(zhì)包括兩個層面:預(yù)期的績效和非預(yù)期的績效。同時,據(jù)此構(gòu)建出相應(yīng)的評價指標(biāo)體系并提出針對性的績效提升策略。得出的結(jié)論為:注重聯(lián)盟伙伴的人力資源狀況、財務(wù)資源以及聲譽資源,強化聯(lián)盟伙伴投入的關(guān)系資源,降低市場風(fēng)險,防范金融風(fēng)險,積極應(yīng)對自然風(fēng)險,降低政治風(fēng)險、合作關(guān)系風(fēng)險和能力風(fēng)險,降低運輸成本、倉儲成本和清關(guān)成本。非預(yù)期的績效的提升策略是提高聯(lián)盟信息化的能力、聯(lián)盟信息技術(shù)的安全性、聯(lián)盟信息系統(tǒng)的兼容能力、聯(lián)盟信息技術(shù)的穩(wěn)定性,提高交通運輸設(shè)施的利用率、倉儲設(shè)施的利用率和包裝及搬運設(shè)施的利用率,提高市場占有率和增強市場力量。本文在豐富相關(guān)績效理論的基礎(chǔ)上,為中國與東盟物流企業(yè)CBSA的績效提升提供了有力的借鑒。
[Abstract]:After entering the new century, with the continuous development of global trade and the deepening of regional cooperation, the great strategy of "Belt and Road" has been pushed forward in depth, and the trade between China and ASEAN has received more and more attention. Logistics industry, which is the basis of bilateral trade, has attracted much attention. The related investigation shows that the multinational strategic alliance between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises has become a trend. China and ASEAN logistics enterprises CBSA has achieved some success, but the overall performance of cooperation is still at a low level. The related results confirm that the main reason for the low CBSA performance of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises is that the content of performance evaluation is not comprehensive enough and the strategy of performance improvement is not clear enough. Therefore, studying the CBSA performance of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises can improve the success rate and performance of related enterprises. On the basis of literature research and in-depth investigation, this paper concludes that the motivation of CBSA of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises is: first, to obtain local resources to provide support for cross-border logistics and trade; second, to reduce logistics costs. Improve service level; third, reduce business risks and form complementary advantages. Then on the basis of analyzing the principle of its producing performance, the paper concludes that the essence of its performance includes two levels: expected performance and unexpected performance. At the same time, the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed and targeted performance promotion strategy is put forward. The conclusions are as follows: pay attention to the human resources, financial resources and reputation resources of the alliance partners, strengthen the relationship resources invested by the alliance partners, reduce the market risks, guard against the financial risks, actively deal with the natural risks and reduce the political risks. Partnership risk and capability risk, reduce transportation cost, storage cost and customs clearance cost. The unexpected performance promotion strategy is to improve the ability of alliance information, the security of alliance information technology, the compatibility ability of alliance information system, the stability of alliance information technology, and improve the utilization rate of transportation facilities. Utilization of storage facilities and packaging and handling facilities, increase market share and strengthen market forces. On the basis of enriching the relevant performance theory, this paper provides a powerful reference for the improvement of CBSA performance of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises.
