【摘要】：應用型院校要健全教師激勵機制,引導教師立足崗位獲得成長。文章首先論述了完善教師激勵機制的必要性:有利于激發(fā)教師在應用型人才培養(yǎng)工作中的積極性,有利于教師隊伍建設的制度化、科學化、規(guī)范化。然后指出了應用型院校教師隊伍建設中存在的問題。最后提出了基于激勵理論的應用型院校教師隊伍建設路徑:突出精神激勵的作用,強化教師的主體地位;完善教師績效考核體系,發(fā)揮考核的激勵作用;建立完善教師職務聘任制,靈活設崗。
[Abstract]:Application-oriented colleges and universities should perfect teacher incentive mechanism and guide teachers to gain growth based on their posts. This paper first discusses the necessity of perfecting the teachers' incentive mechanism: it is helpful to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers in the training of applied talents and to institutionalize, scientific and standardize the construction of teachers' ranks. Then it points out the problems existing in the construction of applied colleges and universities. Finally, the paper puts forward the construction path of applied college teachers based on incentive theory: emphasizing the role of spiritual motivation, strengthening the main position of teachers, perfecting the performance evaluation system of teachers, giving full play to the incentive role of assessment; Establish and improve the system of appointment of teachers and flexibly set up posts.
