供應鏈環(huán)境下的汽車零部件庫存管理仿真研究

【摘要】:自中國加入WTO(世界貿易組織)后,中國的汽車物流業(yè)務的需求呈現(xiàn)快速增長的態(tài)勢,使國家的整體利益有了最大的提高。一方面跨國車企提高在中國生產(chǎn)汽車零部件的國產(chǎn)化率,降低成本使之與國際水準接軌;另一方面通過全球采購,如韓國、墨西哥,汽車零部件大量進口,國內組裝整車,通過外包物流降低其制造成本。在近幾年的汽車工業(yè)發(fā)展中,零部件物流已經(jīng)開始扭轉了向更嚴格、更少量的庫存發(fā)展的趨勢,這種趨勢在最近幾年中幫助車企降低了成本。基于從控制"第三方利潤源泉"的角度出發(fā),汽車零部件庫存管理逐漸被汽車制造商視為銷售、生產(chǎn)、庫存等的"總體系"的一環(huán)。因此,優(yōu)化庫存管理就顯得尤為重要。本文主要借鑒系統(tǒng)動力學的思想,將VMI與TPL整合后的運作模式,與引入TPL前的VMI的模式對比,以供應鏈上游為背景,分別建立VMI模式與聯(lián)盟式整合模式的系統(tǒng)動力學模型,通過模型闡釋兩種模式的特點和區(qū)別,建立各模式中變量的關系,構造各模式中的微分方程,利用Vensim軟件對各系統(tǒng)動力學模型模擬分析,并選取供應商備貨節(jié)奏、庫存水平、客戶服務水平以及牛鞭效應等指標,比較兩種模式對供應鏈績效的影響。本論文首先分析了供應鏈環(huán)境下汽車零部件庫存的重要性,介紹了 VMI和TPL的基本理論,以A、B車企為例,對VMI與TPL整合后的運作模式,與引入TPL前的VMI的模式進行描述和簡單比較。接著結合系統(tǒng)動力學相關理論,在假設一個供應商、一個第三方物流、一個汽車制造商和相同的市場需求環(huán)境下,構建了基于汽車零部件供應商和制造商的Vensim仿真模型。最后選取供應商備貨節(jié)奏、庫存水平、客戶服務水平以及牛鞭效應等指標,分析兩種模式對供應鏈績效的影響,闡明了本論文所建立的VMI與TPL整合后的運作模式的有效性,同時對類似企業(yè)的庫存供應鏈管理也具有實際的應用意義。
[Abstract]:Since China joined WTO (World Trade Organization), the demand of automobile logistics business in China has been increasing rapidly, and the overall interests of the country have been greatly improved. On the one hand, multinational auto companies increase the localization rate of auto parts produced in China, and reduce costs to bring them into line with international standards; on the other hand, through global procurement, such as South Korea, Mexico, large quantities of auto parts imports and domestic assembly of vehicles, Reduce manufacturing costs by outsourcing logistics. In recent years, parts logistics has begun to reverse the trend towards tighter, smaller inventories, which have helped automakers cut costs in recent years. Based on the view of controlling the "source of third-party profit", the inventory management of automobile parts is gradually regarded as a part of the "general system" of sales, production, inventory, etc. Therefore, the optimization of inventory management is particularly important. Based on the idea of system dynamics, this paper compares the operation mode of VMI and TPL with the model of VMI before introducing TPL, and establishes the system dynamics model of VMI mode and alliance integration mode, taking the upstream of supply chain as the background. This paper explains the characteristics and differences of the two models, establishes the relationship between the variables in each model, constructs the differential equations in each model, simulates and analyzes the dynamic models of each system by using Vensim software, and selects the supply rhythm and inventory level of the suppliers. Customer service level and bullwhip effect were compared between the two models on supply chain performance. This paper first analyzes the importance of automotive parts inventory in the supply chain environment, introduces the basic theory of VMI and TPL, and takes VMI and TPL as an example to analyze the operation mode of the integration of VMI and TPL. It is described and compared with the model of VMI before introducing TPL. Then, based on the theory of system dynamics, the Vensim simulation model based on automobile parts supplier and manufacturer is constructed under the assumption of a supplier, a third party logistics, an automobile manufacturer and the same market demand. In the end, the author analyzes the impact of the two models on the performance of supply chain, and illustrates the effectiveness of the integrated operation model of VMI and TPL, which is established in this paper, which is based on the rhythm of supplier inventory, inventory level, customer service level, bullwhip effect and so on, and analyzes the impact of the two models on the performance of supply chain. At the same time, the inventory supply chain management of similar enterprises also has practical application significance.
