【摘要】:團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)是介于組織學(xué)習(xí)和個(gè)體學(xué)習(xí)之間的工具。對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)管理者特別是中小型企業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)型組織的管理者而言,熟練掌握?qǐng)F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)有利于提升團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效。本文以部分深圳地區(qū)企業(yè)為例,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查研究團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系,以便為管理者在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中更好的應(yīng)用團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)這一工具提供依據(jù)。本文首先通過(guò)P公司的案例引出研究團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)與團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效關(guān)系的重要性。然后使用文獻(xiàn)綜述法回顧了團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的概念,并整理了團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的模型研究的進(jìn)展以及團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效之間關(guān)系的研究成果。在對(duì)以往理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文構(gòu)建了一個(gè)基于信息視角,包含信息產(chǎn)生、信息流通、信息使用三大過(guò)程的模型,并給出相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè)以及問(wèn)卷的設(shè)計(jì)。然后通過(guò)因子分析、回歸分析等方法分析問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù),以確定團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的影響。分析結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了本文概念模型的有效性,同時(shí)得出了模型中團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)三個(gè)過(guò)程中的六個(gè)子因素對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效影響的重要性依次為執(zhí)行能力、存儲(chǔ)能力、總結(jié)能力、推廣能力、創(chuàng)新能力、選擇能力。據(jù)此本文認(rèn)為,團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)建設(shè)中管理者首先需要注重執(zhí)行能力,然后需要強(qiáng)化效率,在此基礎(chǔ)上再開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新求變工作。之后本文結(jié)合P公司實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了差異性分析,進(jìn)而給出關(guān)于對(duì)P公司團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)能力的改善建議。這對(duì)P公司接下來(lái)的工作產(chǎn)生了重要的指導(dǎo)作用。本文最后指出了本次研究的局限性及不足,同時(shí)展望未來(lái)相關(guān)研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Team learning is between organizational learning and individual learning tools for team management especially for small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurial management, skilled team learning is conducive to enhance team performance. In this paper, some enterprises in Shenzhen as an example, through the questionnaire survey on the relationship between team learning and team performance, application the team in order to help managers in the actual production process of learning this tool provides the basis. Firstly, the importance of P's case study on the relationship between team learning and team performance. And then use the method of literature review of the concept of team learning, and summarizes the research achievements on the relationship between the progress model of team learning and team learning and team performance in the past. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper constructs a perspective based on information, contains information production The flow of information, information, using the three process model, and the corresponding research hypothesis and questionnaire design. Then through the factor analysis, regression analysis and analysis of questionnaire data, to determine the effect of team learning on team performance. The results verify the effectiveness of this conceptual model, at the same time that in the model. The six sub factors of team learning in the process of three for the importance of team performance in executive ability, storage ability, summarizing ability, generalization ability, innovation ability, the ability to choose. This article believes that the construction of team learning management first need to focus on executive ability, and the need to strengthen the efficiency, on the basis of carrying out innovation work. After combining with the actual situation of P company were analyzed, and then gives the P on team learning ability. The improvement suggestions to P company next At the end of this paper, the limitations and shortcomings of this study are pointed out, and the direction of future research is also prospected.
