【摘要】：研究的目的是檢驗(yàn)變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對團(tuán)隊(duì)建言氛圍的預(yù)測作用,建言氛圍在變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與團(tuán)隊(duì)績效之間的中介作用,以及創(chuàng)新氛圍對變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和團(tuán)隊(duì)建言氛圍的調(diào)節(jié)作用。對63個(gè)工作團(tuán)隊(duì)的63名團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和283名團(tuán)隊(duì)成員進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對團(tuán)隊(duì)建言氛圍有顯著正向影響;團(tuán)隊(duì)建言氛圍與團(tuán)隊(duì)績效顯著正相關(guān),而且團(tuán)隊(duì)建言氛圍中介變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與團(tuán)隊(duì)績效之間的關(guān)系;同時(shí),團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新氛圍調(diào)節(jié)變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與團(tuán)隊(duì)建言氛圍之間的關(guān)系,團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新氛圍水平越高,變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與團(tuán)隊(duì)建言氛圍之間的關(guān)系越強(qiáng);變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新氛圍的交互作用通過團(tuán)隊(duì)建言氛圍影響團(tuán)隊(duì)績效。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the study is to test the predictive effect of transformational leadership on team presentation atmosphere, the intermediary role of constructive atmosphere between transformational leadership and team performance, and the moderating effect of innovation atmosphere on transformational leadership and team presentation atmosphere.63 team leaders and 283 team members from 63 teams were studied.The results showed that the transformational leadership had a significant positive impact on the team presentation atmosphere, that the team presentation atmosphere was significantly correlated with the team performance, and that the relationship between the transformational leadership and the team performance was mediated by the team presentation atmosphere, and at the same time, the relationship between the transformational leadership and the team performance was also found.The higher the level of team innovation atmosphere, the stronger the relationship between transformational leadership and team constructive atmosphere.The interaction between transformational leadership and team innovation influences team performance through team presentation.
