【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,信息技術(shù)正迅猛發(fā)展,ERP系統(tǒng)作為信息技術(shù)的產(chǎn)物之一,在得到充分認(rèn)可的前提下,被廣泛的應(yīng)用并且不斷的發(fā)展起來(lái)。應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)可以幫助企業(yè)打開(kāi)封閉的壁壘,這就與現(xiàn)如今信息經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代所倡導(dǎo)的需求保持了同步,更順應(yīng)了激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要。ERP系統(tǒng)把企業(yè)的資金流、物流和信息流整合成了一個(gè)具有高效率、一體化的有機(jī)整體,企業(yè)應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)已成為一種必然的趨勢(shì)。因此,基于ERP系統(tǒng)的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)是對(duì)企業(yè)應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)后的工作內(nèi)容及工作效率進(jìn)行測(cè)定,為的是從企業(yè)應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)的目的以及整體方向作為起點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步稽核出企業(yè)應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)在籌劃管理以及運(yùn)營(yíng)方面帶來(lái)的成效,本質(zhì)是對(duì)ERP環(huán)境下的企業(yè)績(jī)效進(jìn)行綜合性評(píng)價(jià),進(jìn)而判定應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)的必要性和實(shí)用性。由此可見(jiàn),建立有效的的績(jī)效評(píng)定指標(biāo)體系與選取適用的評(píng)定模型,對(duì)促進(jìn)企業(yè)整體業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)水平和效率都有著十分重要的意義。目前有很多企業(yè)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的方式,如德?tīng)柗品、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法等,而在這諸多的評(píng)價(jià)方式中,以模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法應(yīng)用最為廣泛,且具有一定的技術(shù)性和代表性。打破了一直以來(lái)僅依靠事后的定量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的一些方法的束縛,十分注重對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)揮作用的其他定性的指標(biāo)采集,使得評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果更具全面性和實(shí)效性,是對(duì)基于ERP系統(tǒng)的企業(yè)績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的一種十分有效的技術(shù)方法。在模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,又結(jié)合了德?tīng)柗品?對(duì)TD公司的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)研究做以下幾個(gè)方面的工作,首先對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)中需要應(yīng)用的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行設(shè)置,建立了四個(gè)層次的指標(biāo)體系。其次是在選擇績(jī)效指標(biāo)的權(quán)數(shù)方面,采用德?tīng)柗品ù_定權(quán)重,并在此基礎(chǔ)上采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法將所選取的指標(biāo)通過(guò)運(yùn)算計(jì)算出來(lái)。最后從計(jì)算出的模糊權(quán)數(shù)矩陣得出具有綜合性的分析結(jié)論,輔以實(shí)際案例,通過(guò)本文所建立的綜合性評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)此進(jìn)行分析并作出評(píng)價(jià),由推出的數(shù)據(jù)得出結(jié)論,給出相應(yīng)的可行性的意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, information technology is developing rapidly. As one of the products of information technology, ERP system has been widely used and developed continuously under the premise of being fully recognized.The application of ERP system can help enterprises open closed barriers, which keeps pace with the demand advocated in the information economy era, and conforms to the need of fierce market competition.Logistics and information flow are integrated into an organic whole with high efficiency and integration. It has become an inevitable trend for enterprises to apply ERP system.Therefore, the performance evaluation based on ERP system is to measure the work content and work efficiency after the application of ERP system in enterprises, in order to start from the purpose and the overall direction of the application of ERP system in enterprises.Further audit out the enterprise application of ERP system in planning management and operation of the results, the essence is to comprehensive evaluation of enterprise performance under the ERP environment, and then determine the necessity and practicability of the application of ERP system.Therefore, it is of great significance to establish an effective performance evaluation index system and select a suitable evaluation model for promoting the overall performance evaluation level and efficiency of enterprises.At present, there are many methods of enterprise performance evaluation, such as Delphi method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and so on. Among these evaluation methods, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is the most widely used, and has certain technical and representative.It breaks the shackles of some methods that only rely on the quantitative indicators after the event, and pays great attention to the collection of other qualitative indicators that play a role in the enterprise, so that the evaluation results are more comprehensive and effective.It is a very effective technical method to evaluate the enterprise performance based on ERP system.On the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Delphi method, the performance evaluation of TD Company is studied in the following aspects. Firstly, the indexes that need to be applied in ERP system are set up.The index system of four levels is established.Secondly, in selecting the weights of performance indicators, Delphi method is used to determine the weights, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to calculate the selected indicators.Finally, a comprehensive analysis conclusion is obtained from the calculated fuzzy weight matrix, which is analyzed and evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation method established in this paper, and the conclusion is drawn from the deduced data.The corresponding feasible opinions are given.
