【摘要】：基于PARDL模型,本文分析了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)四個(gè)維度(規(guī)模、強(qiáng)度、同質(zhì)性和中心度)對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移績(jī)效的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:首先,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)模、強(qiáng)度和中心度均對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移績(jī)效產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響;其次,就影響的程度而言,網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度的影響最大、網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模的影響次之、網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度的影響最弱;再次,較短期而言,在長(zhǎng)期內(nèi)上述三個(gè)維度的影響更強(qiáng)且更顯著;最后,由于結(jié)構(gòu)型同質(zhì)性和關(guān)聯(lián)型同質(zhì)性的差異化效應(yīng),網(wǎng)絡(luò)同質(zhì)性對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移績(jī)效的作用缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on PARDL model, this paper analyzes the influence of four dimensions (scale, intensity, homogeneity and centrality) of collaborative innovation network on the knowledge transfer performance of high-tech industry.The empirical results show that: first, the scale, intensity and centrality of the network have a significant positive impact on the performance of knowledge transfer; secondly, in terms of the degree of influence, the influence of network centrality is the greatest, and the impact of network size is the second.The influence of network strength is the weakest; thirdly, in the short term, the influence of the above three dimensions is stronger and more significant. Finally, because of the difference effect of structural homogeneity and associative homogeneity,The effect of network homogeneity on knowledge transfer performance is lack of empirical evidence.
