國際化與績效提升:基于Meta整合與Meta回歸兩種方法的研究

【摘要】:本文采用結(jié)果整合式的Meta整合分析與原因探索式的Meta回歸分析相結(jié)合的方法,以國際化-績效的相關(guān)系數(shù)為效應值,對1987-2016年的61篇重要文獻、涉及的116個效應值、78 440個企業(yè)樣本進行了定量研究,結(jié)論如下:應用Meta整合方法合并已有經(jīng)驗分析結(jié)果得到的總體估計表明,國際化與績效顯著正相關(guān);調(diào)節(jié)因素太多是導致國際化-績效關(guān)系研究結(jié)論不一的重要原因,因此本文進一步應用Meta回歸方法探索了11種調(diào)節(jié)因素。這一定量文獻研究不僅有助于解決現(xiàn)有理論爭議、整合分析國際化績效的研究進展,也有助于未來的理論探索、為進一步揭示兩者關(guān)系機制奠定基礎,同時提供了一個比較新穎全面的定量文獻分析框架。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the method of combining the Meta integration analysis of result integration with the Meta regression analysis of cause exploration, taking the correlation coefficient of internationalization and performance as the effect value, and comparing 61 important articles from 1987 to 2016.A quantitative study of the 116 effect values of 78,440 enterprises was carried out. The conclusions are as follows: the overall estimate obtained by combining the existing empirical analysis results with the Meta integration method shows that internationalization is significantly positively correlated with performance;Too many factors of adjustment are the important reasons for the different conclusions of the international-performance relationship, so this paper further uses the Meta regression method to explore 11 kinds of regulatory factors.It is not only helpful to solve the existing theoretical disputes and integrate the research progress of internationalization performance, but also conducive to the theoretical exploration in the future, which lays the foundation for further revealing the mechanism of the relationship between the two.At the same time, a novel and comprehensive quantitative literature analysis framework is provided.
