【摘要】：高校教師分類考核已經(jīng)是大勢(shì)所趨,針對(duì)南京航空航天大學(xué)航空宇航學(xué)院實(shí)驗(yàn)室為典型代表的高校工科實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)人員在實(shí)際工作中以有實(shí)驗(yàn)室教學(xué)、輔助科研、創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)和設(shè)備維護(hù)等多樣化任務(wù)為研究切入點(diǎn),以人性化、可操作性為目標(biāo),提出了實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)人員按教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)崗、科研實(shí)驗(yàn)崗、創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)崗、綜合服務(wù)崗的精細(xì)化分類;并以此設(shè)計(jì)了量化考核指標(biāo),以及此基礎(chǔ)上探索評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)與分類管理的耦合關(guān)系,建立反饋聯(lián)動(dòng),形成動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式,及時(shí)更新指標(biāo),制定符合新形勢(shì)下高校工科實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)人員評(píng)價(jià)考核體系,為工科實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)人員績(jī)效考核提供參考。
[Abstract]:The classification assessment of college teachers is the trend of the times. The laboratory of Aeronautics and Astronautics College of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics is the typical representative of engineering experiment technicians in colleges and universities.With the aim of humanization and maneuverability, this paper puts forward the laboratory technicians' teaching experiment post, scientific research experiment post, innovation practice guiding post, and so on.On the basis of the detailed classification of comprehensive service post, the quantitative assessment index is designed, and the coupling relationship between evaluation index and classification management is explored, the feedback linkage is established, the dynamic management mode is formed, and the index is updated in time.In order to provide reference for the performance evaluation of technical personnel in engineering laboratories, the evaluation and assessment system of technicians in colleges and universities should be established under the new situation.
