【摘要】：為了解物流服務集成商(Logistics Service Integrator,LSI)通過物流服務供應鏈(Logistics Service Supply Chain,LSSC)獲取資源的方法,根據(jù)獲取資源類型的不同,將LSSC網(wǎng)絡劃分為社會關系網(wǎng)絡、物流協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡、物流創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡、聲譽網(wǎng)絡、市場網(wǎng)絡等5種子網(wǎng)絡,運用實證方法對子網(wǎng)絡間關系及各子網(wǎng)絡對LSI績效的影響進行檢驗.實證結果表明,物流創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡和市場網(wǎng)絡對LSI的績效產(chǎn)生正向影響,聲譽網(wǎng)絡對LSI的績效產(chǎn)生負向影響,社會關系網(wǎng)絡和物流協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡對LSI績效的影響會通過他們對其他子網(wǎng)絡的影響進行傳遞.各子網(wǎng)絡之間存在相互重疊和影響:社會關系網(wǎng)絡會影響市場網(wǎng)絡和物流創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡,物流協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡會影響市場網(wǎng)絡、聲譽網(wǎng)絡和物流創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡,物流創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡會影響聲譽網(wǎng)絡,聲譽網(wǎng)絡會影響市場網(wǎng)絡.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the method of obtaining resources by logistics Service integrator (LSI) through logistics Service Supply chain in logistics service supply chain, the LSSC network is divided into social relations network, logistics cooperation network and logistics innovation network according to the different types of obtaining resources.Reputation network, market network and other five seed networks are used to test the relationship between subnetworks and the impact of each sub-network on LSI performance.The empirical results show that the logistics innovation network and the market network have a positive impact on the performance of LSI, while the reputation network has a negative impact on the performance of LSI.The impact of social networks and logistics collaboration networks on LSI performance is transmitted through their impact on other subnetworks.There is overlap and influence among sub-networks: social networks will affect market networks and logistics innovation networks, logistics cooperation networks will affect market networks, reputation networks and logistics innovation networks, logistics innovation networks will affect reputation networks.Reputation networks affect market networks.
