【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司是我國農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的代表。研究中國的上市農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的問題,以促進(jìn)當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)上市企業(yè)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有積極的意義。公司的資本結(jié)構(gòu)是利益相關(guān)者權(quán)利義務(wù)的集中體現(xiàn),對公司的績效和市場價(jià)值有著重要的影響。為此,本文以廣義資本結(jié)構(gòu)為切入點(diǎn),揭示了資本結(jié)構(gòu)在中國農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司中與企業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系。找到制約中國農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)的因素,提高性能,并提出了優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)類上市公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)的對策,對中國農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的健康發(fā)展提供相關(guān)參考。本文首先對農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司績效與資本結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理,以建立一個(gè)在中國農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)營績效評價(jià)的相關(guān)因子分析模型,計(jì)算了農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)營績效的綜合得分,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的多元回歸模型,以揭示其資本結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)營績效的關(guān)系,得出以下研究結(jié)論:農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的第一大股東持股比例對于公司經(jīng)營績效有顯著的負(fù)影響。農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的前五大股東持股比例對公司經(jīng)營績效有顯著的正影響。農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的國有持股比例對公司的經(jīng)營績效有顯著的負(fù)影響。目前農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的負(fù)債率對公司的經(jīng)營績效有顯著的負(fù)影響。同時(shí),在該基礎(chǔ)上,提出了如下相關(guān)對策建議:適度地提高股權(quán)集中度、適度地降低國有股比重、適度地提高長期負(fù)債比率、適當(dāng)?shù)亟档土鲃迂?fù)債比例。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of our national economy, and agricultural listed companies are the representatives of China's advanced agricultural productive forces. Promoting the development of the current agricultural industry is of positive significance. The capital structure of the company is a concentrated embodiment of the rights and obligations of the stakeholders and has an important impact on the performance and market value of the company. Based on the generalized capital structure, this paper reveals the relationship between capital structure and enterprise performance in China's agricultural listed companies, finds out the factors that restrict the capital structure of Chinese agricultural listed companies, and improves their performance. The paper also puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing the capital structure of agricultural listed companies, and provides relevant references for the healthy development of agricultural listed companies in China. Firstly, this paper combs the relevant literature on the performance and capital structure of agricultural listed companies. Based on the establishment of a relevant factor analysis model for the performance evaluation of agricultural listed companies in China, this paper calculates the comprehensive scores of the performance of agricultural listed companies, and on this basis, constructs a multivariate regression model of agricultural listed companies. To reveal the relationship between its capital structure and operating performance, The following conclusions are drawn: the proportion of the largest shareholders in agricultural listed companies has a significant negative impact on the company's operating performance. The first five major shareholders of agricultural listed companies have a significant positive effect on the company's operating performance. At present, the debt ratio of agricultural listed companies has a significant negative impact on their operating performance. At the same time, On this basis, the following countermeasures are put forward: to increase the concentration of equity, to reduce the proportion of state-owned shares, to increase the ratio of long-term liabilities, and to reduce the proportion of current liabilities.
