面向可持續(xù)績效的再制造供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會,伴隨著經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展的同時,環(huán)境問題和社會問題層出不窮,人類的生存和發(fā)展受到嚴(yán)重的威脅,可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念應(yīng)運而生。作為環(huán)境問題主要來源的制造領(lǐng)域,誕生了一種新的制造模式,即再制造。隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念、再制造和再制造供應(yīng)鏈的誕生,關(guān)于再制造與再制造供應(yīng)鏈研究中也出現(xiàn)了眾多的新問題。在已有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文將對以下三個問題展開研究,即再制造實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)績效的機理是什么?無差別定價的再制造供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)策略是什么?差別定價的再制造供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)策略是什么?主要研究工作有:(1)研究了再制造實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)績效的機理,首先構(gòu)建再制造背景下可持續(xù)績效指標(biāo)體系,分析再制造的經(jīng)濟效益、環(huán)境效益和社會效益,然后以效益與績效之間的關(guān)系為切入點,設(shè)計研究框架,通過理論分析凝練出再制造實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)績效的機理;最后以法士特集團有限責(zé)任公司為研究對象進(jìn)行案例分析,來驗證理論分析的結(jié)果。(2)針對由單一制造商和經(jīng)銷商構(gòu)成的再制造供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng),不僅考慮政府對廢舊產(chǎn)品回收的獎懲機制,而且考慮環(huán)境因素,即制造商的生產(chǎn)活動對環(huán)境危害程度,基于博弈論的方法,對分散供應(yīng)鏈決策和集中供應(yīng)鏈決策模式下再制造供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)無差別定價情況下新產(chǎn)品、再制造產(chǎn)品和廢舊產(chǎn)品回收的定價策略進(jìn)行研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了面向可持續(xù)績效的再制造供應(yīng)鏈無差別定價協(xié)調(diào)策略,最后通過算例分析分別對比了分散、集中和協(xié)調(diào)這三種決策模式下的最優(yōu)決策結(jié)果。(3)針對由單一制造商和經(jīng)銷商構(gòu)成的再制造供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng),不僅考慮政府對廢舊產(chǎn)品回收的獎懲機制,而且考慮環(huán)境因素,即制造商的生產(chǎn)活動對環(huán)境危害程度,基于博弈論的方法,對分散供應(yīng)鏈決策和集中供應(yīng)鏈決策模式下再制造供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)差別定價情況下新產(chǎn)品、再制造產(chǎn)品和廢舊產(chǎn)品回收的定價策略進(jìn)行研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了面向可持續(xù)績效的再制造供應(yīng)鏈差別定價協(xié)調(diào)策略,最后通過算例分析分別對比了分散、集中和協(xié)調(diào)這三種決策模式下的最優(yōu)決策結(jié)果。通過本文的研究,所得出的結(jié)論和管理啟示不僅推動了再制造供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)的理論研究,同時對實踐具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In today's society, with the rapid development of economy, environmental and social problems emerge in endlessly, the survival and development of human beings are seriously threatened, and the concept of sustainable development emerges as the times require.As the main source of environmental problems, a new manufacturing model, remanufacturing, has emerged.With the concept of sustainable development and the birth of remanufacturing and remanufacturing supply chain, there are many new problems in the research of remanufacturing and remanufacturing supply chain.Based on the existing literature, this paper will study the following three issues: what is the mechanism of remanufacturing to achieve sustainable performance?What is the coordination strategy of the remanufacturing supply chain without differential pricing?What is the remanufacturing supply chain coordination strategy of differential pricing?The main research work is as follows: (1) the mechanism of remanufacturing to achieve sustainable performance is studied. Firstly, the sustainable performance index system under the background of remanufacturing is constructed, and the economic, environmental and social benefits of remanufacturing are analyzed.Then the relationship between benefit and performance as the breakthrough point, design research framework, through theoretical analysis of the mechanism of remanufacturing to achieve sustainable performance; finally, Fastor Group Co., Ltd. as a case study,To verify the results of the theoretical analysis. (2) for a remanufacturing supply chain system composed of a single manufacturer and a distributor, not only the government's reward and punishment mechanism for recycling used and used products is considered, but also environmental factors are taken into account.That is, the degree of environmental harm caused by manufacturer's production activities, based on the method of game theory, the new products under the model of decentralized supply chain decision and centralized supply chain decision are remanufactured under the condition of non-differential pricing of supply chain system.On the basis of the research on the pricing strategy of remanufacturing product and waste product recovery, this paper studies the sustainable performance oriented non-differential pricing coordination strategy of the remanufacturing supply chain. Finally, through the example analysis, the dispersion is compared.Centralizing and coordinating the optimal decision results under these three decision models) for a remanufacturing supply chain system consisting of a single manufacturer and a distributor, not only the government's reward and punishment mechanism for recycling used and used products is considered, but also environmental factors are taken into account.That is, the manufacturer's production activities are harmful to the environment. Based on the game theory method, the new products under the condition of decentralized supply chain decision and centralized supply chain decision mode under the condition of differential pricing of the remanufacturing supply chain system are studied.On the basis of the research on the pricing strategy of remanufacturing products and scrap products recovery, the differential pricing coordination strategy of remanufacturing supply chain oriented to sustainable performance is studied. Finally, the dispersion is compared by example analysis.The optimal decision results under these three decision models are centralized and coordinated.Through the research of this paper, the conclusions and management enlightenment not only promote the theoretical research of remanufacturing supply chain coordination, but also have a certain guiding role to practice.
