【摘要】：大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)基金在我國(guó)正處于快速發(fā)展階段,但其管理和使用績(jī)效還不夠高,對(duì)于促進(jìn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的作用發(fā)揮還不夠明顯。這主要是由于存在基金的無(wú)償性和有償性的定位矛盾,有限規(guī)模和有效激勵(lì)的結(jié)構(gòu)矛盾以及專(zhuān)業(yè)化運(yùn)營(yíng)需求與非專(zhuān)業(yè)管理模式的制度矛盾,基金對(duì)于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的教育、扶持和引導(dǎo)三項(xiàng)功能影響受限所導(dǎo)致的。完善創(chuàng)業(yè)基金的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理,促進(jìn)我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)事業(yè)的發(fā)展應(yīng)當(dāng)從擴(kuò)大創(chuàng)業(yè)基金投入規(guī)模、優(yōu)化創(chuàng)業(yè)基金使用結(jié)構(gòu)、健全創(chuàng)業(yè)基金退出制度、強(qiáng)化基金管理制度建設(shè)等方面開(kāi)展工作。
[Abstract]:College students' venture fund is in the rapid development stage in our country, but its management and use performance is not high enough. It is not obvious enough to play a role in promoting college students' entrepreneurship. This is mainly due to the contradiction between the non-reimbursable nature and the paid nature of the fund. The structural contradiction between limited scale and effective incentive, and the system contradiction between specialized operation demand and non-professional management mode, the fund for college students' entrepreneurship education, To improve the operation and management of the venture fund and promote the development of the entrepreneurial enterprise of college students in China, we should expand the scale of the investment of the venture fund and optimize the structure of the use of the venture fund. We will improve the withdrawal system of venture funds and strengthen the construction of fund management systems.
