基于平衡計分卡的I銀行泉州分行績效管理研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著金融體制改革步伐的加快和改革力度的增強,中國城市商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)快速發(fā)展,同時也面臨更加激烈的市場競爭和挑戰(zhàn)。城商行不僅要面對五大國有股份制銀行的競爭,還要面對外資銀行激烈競爭,如何更好地抓住市場化經(jīng)濟體制的機遇,發(fā)展自我,不僅需要為城商行客戶打造更多樣化的金融服務(wù),也要求城商行嚴(yán)格按照績效管理體系的目標(biāo),打造一套自上而下、橫縱結(jié)合的科學(xué)績效管理體系,以便更好地提高市場應(yīng)變效率,營造健康機制,創(chuàng)造良好的表現(xiàn)。本次論文的研究對象是中國城市商業(yè)銀行,根據(jù)以上背景,論文首先介紹了本文的研究背景及意義等內(nèi)容,并對論文的研究特色及創(chuàng)新之處作簡要分析;其次,對績效管理和平衡計分卡的相關(guān)理論作簡要概述,比較平衡計分卡與傳統(tǒng)績效管理方法的區(qū)別,分析平衡計分卡的優(yōu)勢;第三,以I行泉州分行為例,針對其目前績效管理情況的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,探索在該行運用平衡計分卡進行績效管理的必要性和可行性;第四,探索I銀行泉州分行基于平衡計分卡的績效管理體系的構(gòu)建,主要根據(jù)I銀行泉州分行的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),從財務(wù)、顧客、內(nèi)部流程、學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展維度找出關(guān)鍵成功因素并設(shè)計關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)及權(quán)重,從而建立平衡計分卡績效管理方案;第五,簡要分析基于平衡計分卡的I銀行泉州分行績效管理得以實施的保障措施,主要從組織保障、強化理念、提高員工參與度等方面構(gòu)建實施平衡計分卡的保障措施;最后,總結(jié)本文的研究結(jié)論,并提出相應(yīng)展望。論文基于平衡計分卡的角度,以I銀行泉州分行為例,為其量身打造一套全新的績效管理體系,有利于創(chuàng)建更加全面的城商行績效管理指標(biāo)體系,加快實現(xiàn)城商行的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),為城商行績效管理體系的改進提供借鑒和參考,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)營管理的健康發(fā)展,使其在金融機構(gòu)的競爭中處于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of the reform of the financial system and the strengthening of the reform, the business of China's urban commercial banks has developed rapidly. At the same time, it also faces more fierce market competition and challenges. City Commercial Bank faces not only the competition from the five state-owned joint-stock banks, but also the fierce competition from foreign banks. How to better seize the opportunities of the market-oriented economic system and develop itself, We not only need to create more diversified financial services for our customers, but also require them to build a scientific performance management system based on top-down, horizontal and vertical integration in strict accordance with the objectives of the performance management system. In order to improve the market response efficiency, build a healthy mechanism and create a good performance. The research object of this paper is China City Commercial Bank. According to the above background, the paper first introduces the research background and significance of this paper. Secondly, it briefly summarizes the relevant theories of performance management and balanced scorecard, compares the differences between balanced scorecard and traditional performance management methods, and analyzes the advantages of balanced scorecard. Third, taking I line Quanzhou branch as an example, aiming at the current situation and existing problems of performance management, this paper explores the necessity and feasibility of using balanced scorecard for performance management in the bank. 4th, To explore the construction of performance management system based on balanced Scorecard in Quanzhou Branch of Bank I, mainly according to the strategic objectives of Quanzhou Branch of Bank I, from the financial, customer, internal process, Learning and development dimensions identify key success factors and design key performance indicators and weights to establish a balanced scorecard performance management scheme; 5th, This paper briefly analyzes the guarantee measures for the performance management of Quanzhou Branch of Bank I based on balanced Scorecard, mainly from the aspects of organizational security, strengthening concept, enhancing employee participation and so on. Based on the balanced Scorecard, this paper takes Quanzhou Branch of Bank I as an example to create a new performance management system. It will help to establish a more comprehensive performance management index system of city commercial banks, accelerate the realization of the strategic objectives of city commercial banks, provide reference and reference for the improvement of the performance management system of city commercial banks, and realize the healthy development of operation and management. Put it in an invincible position in the competition of financial institutions.
