【摘要】：以低碳住宅作為研究對象,借助產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論中的SCP分析范式分析已有的低碳住宅政策體系對產(chǎn)業(yè)績效的影響,剖析低碳住宅政策體系影響住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)績效的傳導(dǎo)機制,采用固定效應(yīng)的面板數(shù)據(jù)模型考察政策強度對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及產(chǎn)業(yè)績效的影響并進行實證分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立起符合我國國情的區(qū)域發(fā)展的低碳住宅調(diào)控機制,為相關(guān)政策的制定與執(zhí)行提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Taking low carbon housing as the research object, this paper analyzes the influence of the existing low carbon housing policy system on the industrial performance with the help of the SCP analysis paradigm in the industrial organization theory, and analyzes the transmission mechanism of the low carbon housing policy system affecting the housing industry performance. The panel data model with fixed effect is used to investigate the impact of policy intensity on technological innovation and industrial performance. On the basis of this, a low carbon housing regulation mechanism suitable for the regional development of our country is established. To provide some reference for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies.
